- Clean hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff. Great experience for the price. Would happily book again for future trips

- The hotel is very close to Otsuka station (1-3 minute walk) which has a lot to offer and is right on the JR Yamanote line. They also offer early check-in/late check out-out for up to 3 hours at an additional ¥3,000 per hour which is extremely helpful!
Cons -
- No. Things were just as described upon booking. We knew what to expect with room size, and even still, my partner and I enjoyed the bed size and quality, and also loved how cold we could make the room. Great stay for us!
- The bed hurt my back
- A few times the bathroom would just kind of smell and because the room is so small it smells up the room turning on the fan didn't really help, nor did having the room cleaned. You can open the window which helps, but be mindful. Very small thing though.
