The bungalow was well enough but the bed was the most comfortable one that I had slept in in Vietnam!

The music at the bar Joe’s next door is very loud and hard to sleep through, and on the weekends you can expect it to play until about two. My bungalow was next to the road so maybe one farther back might not be bad

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed.Great location.Good breakfast.People is very nice and caring.

It would be better if you could fix some minor details, like fix the towel rack in the bathroom.

Photos look better than it really is; check in/out times are really tight.. 11:30 checkout beware. Had booked 5 rooms yet one had been missing sold ( hasn’t put correct price on the room, so we were allowed it and had to change to smaller room). We went at end of Tet so prices everywhere were higher. Breakfast you can’t have coffee and juice- was told the menu was out of date even though it says to pick one from each section. One bedroom was missing the bathroom door. If you stay here don’t expect to go to beach nearby- it’s more for kitesurfing in this specific area.

The staff, pool very quiet. Location, We loved the bungalow. Good value.

we enjoyed staying here a lot. the first thing that n my rank is the very friendly staff!secondly, we loved staying by the pool during the day and evenings. at the evening is even nicer with all the lights and comfort that is organized.third is breakfasts. we were offered five different options to choose with fresh juices or coffee.

Great location to travel around Mui Ne, flexible service and friendly staff are bonus points for JH team. If you prefer a reasonable price in short term trip, this will be a great place to enjoy.

So beautiful place . So much green and space , fresh air feel like in the jungle . So clean . Staffs are very helpful. Close to the beach , restaurants , bars . Good location . Good price . High recommended

the staff are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. the beds are super comfy and the air conditioner works well. There is a great space to relax by the pool. Great value for money. super close to great food spots and the beach!

all it needs is a greater selection of coffees and we'd never leave!

Had a bungalow with patio. Comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom , great air con and very clean. Property has an excellent swimming pool and the grounds are well maintained. Will definitely stay there again.

Room is too old and dirty! Cannot watch TV, It is too old! AC too loud and cannot control!

We had a nice stay here! The pool area was nice with plenty of beds and the room was ok for the price. Plenty of nice shops and restaurants nearby too. We loved the little kittens that lived there. Room was spacious with good AC.

The wifi didn’t work at all in our room and there was construction going on outside our window which was very noisy. I did report the wifi but I think there was a language barrier. The room could’ve been cleaner, the blinds were really dusty.

Lovely bungalow in beautiful grounds with a very nice pool.

Although there was very little staff at the resort, the staff I did meet were friendly. The receptionist lady was always helpful when I asked for things like fresh towels or toilet paper. Our room was comfortable and relatively clean. The resort is in a good location. close to some bars and restaurants

As I said, there seemed to be very little staff there because we had to wait a while at reception when we arrived. Overall the resort seemed a little run down as there was no restaurant (even though it states there is an Italian restaurant there). There is no bar even though they had a board with 'happy hour' written on it. Also, it looks like there could be a DJ on the property when looking at the pictures on booking.com but there wasn't anyone in sight. The pool was very clean but it was very hot - like stepping into a lukewarm bath. I think the pool should be covered or or shaded to prevent it from getting so hot. Our room was relatively comfortable but the aircon seemed quite old and didn't cool the room down. Also, the shower drain needs fixing.

Nice pool room comfortable and clean could do with a bit of refurbishment but overall an enjoyable stay staff all great especially the lovely lady who cleaned my room. Only one thing is you need transport grab taxis not to bad but grab bike few and far between.

The room is not cleaned and tidied every day proactively, but you have to ask.

The pool area was nice. Was across the street from Kite Surf club. The lady at the front desk was nice.

I did not like my stay here at all! For the price I paid, I was appalled. They sent a confirmation saying my room would be ready between 12-1pm and as I get there they said it would be 3pm.My room had:-no warm water! When finishing kite surf it would be nice to have at least some warm water. I even had a cold and washing my hair was terrible in the cold. I asked the staff and they said indeed that they didn’t have any but I could use a kettle! For 50€ per night accommodation in Vietnam this is unacceptable.-no windows -no fridge-no bedside table lamp, had to walk in the dark to turn off the light at night-wifi was not reachable in my room

Beautiful Resort in a central location in Mui Ne , the staff was so helpful and friendly making us feel at home . The pool is fabulous and the resort was very clean . Enjoyed our breakfast , banana pancakes , omelette , and baguettes with English tea .

The staff spoke very good English, nice breakfast, and the pool was amazing ! Excellent to sit back and relax, with sunbeds and night lights for a later swim. The rooms good sized with very comfortable beds, and decent sized bathroom. Will be staying here again.
