- Despite of location near big road, it is not that noisy in rooms. Though noise isolation is not perfect, as everywhere in Vietnam, so will hear cars, chickens, etc.Location is great - right opposite to Mui Ne Food Cord :) But nearest beach is not suitable for swimming (as anywhere in Mui Ne).
- The hotel is in a good location, on the main road, an easy walk to the water front and right opposite the food court which seems to be one of the best places to eat in town. They staff were friendly, helping me to organise a tour, and with info about the town. My room was clean and a good size. It was however on the ground floor and the window looked straight onto a seating area (I think for a cafe next door) so if anyone was using that they could see straight into the room. And you could hear any conversations that people were having out there. The room felt a bit bare and stark.
- I had a great stay here, the place is located in a cool part of Mui Ne. Especially loved having the food court directly across the street, which was the most convenient thing ever. The room was clean and comfortable and well-equipped. And the reception staff were really sweet and friendly and took care of any issues I had promptly. Def recommend this place

- Internet disappeared from time to time. If you just watching Youtube, it is not a problem, but we were working and we need stable internet, so for us it was a problem. Though usually after 5 min internet appeared back. We booked room in this hotel 2 times with interval of 2 weeks and in our 2nd stay internet was quite stable. So, probably it was temporary issue.
- No water heater.
- Bed a little too hard for my liking

Everything was great,from friendly staff,through location ,to help with booking ticket for the further travel and room was fantastic,hot water,clean,tidy.

I have been staying here every visit to Mui Ne, since the hotel was opened. The staff are always lovely, rooms are clean, great location and priced right. Always enjoy staying there.
It was a pretty nice stay, it was just across a very nice food court with so much yummy food. Really good location. Good bed.
They use solar panels for the hot water and it ran out when we needed to shower later in the day and in the middle of the day the water was scorthing hot.
The room was very clean and smells nice
They didn't clean my room on day 2. There was a smoking person in the other room n I could inhale the smoke. They should have no smokibg rule.

Great location across from THE FOOD COURT to have a drink or have a bite to eat. Front desk was extremely helpful and attentive. Love the luggage lift.
Stairs. No lift. Nearby "beach" is not one I would swim in.

Neat and clean basic hotel , the owner Phuong Lap is extremely nice and helpful at all time , in my case helped me 2 days prior to arrange for bus from Vung Tau to. Mui ne . Very caring after check out also enquired if reached properly .Place is opposite a multiple food outlet which serves almost everything , vegetarian also and a very good vibe .Staff is always eager to help , in spite of communication issues in English ..She the owner speaks excellent English.
