Phi Phi CoCo Beach Resort

Lovely place to be, near the beach and the center, with nice staff and pool. Really enjoyed the overall experience.

The only thing I did not enjoyed was the noise at night! The music from the bars was too loud and the insulance of the suits is definitly not enough.

The front desk was so nice and accommodating to any questions we had. The smiles on thier faces was a reflection on our vacation.

The room was kinda small and you can hear your neighbors being you are staying in a hut, but definitely a cool experience

The staff was amazing! Breakfast was excellent! The front desk was so nice and helped whenever we needed it. The room was nice but a little small.

It was so very beautiful and right on the water. The villas were a decent size too! We were able to use paddle boards/kayaks for free from the resort. The resort also helped us book a longtail boat tour through them.

The villas were not noise proof, so you could hear everything going on outside. If you wear ear plugs while sleeping, it¿s not bad!

The staff are so so nice, lovely people. From housekeeping, to maintenance, to the kayak man, to the bartenders. Everyone is just lovely and kind. That makes you feel nice. Upon arrival at tonsai we spotted a friendly man in the crowd with a sign for coco beach in the resort uniform, he took our heavy bags in his trolley and we walked with him to the resort. A nice touch and appreciated in the hot midday sun. The pool area is lovely, with a cool pool bar and a great massage facility. We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was for a resort for bar/food/massages as our previous similar stay really jacked up the prices. A pristine resort with beautiful lights at night time.

Obviously you can hear all the nightlife and sounds around you as the little Huts are not sound proof. However, we were only there for two nights and expected this would be the case given the island you are on. There were earplugs provided in the room and I slept soundly with these in. If that’s going to be an issue for you, go somewhere with concrete walls maybe. But you’ll probably still hear it ?

Aesthetically pleasing. The pool and beach access was nice. The free use of a kayak was cool.

The huts are made of bamboo and you can hear everything. The air conditioning unit made us feel sick and we realized the filter was extremely dirty and has never been cleaned or changed. But you can’t open your windows for fresh air because they don’t have screens and mosquitos are bad. Loud music nearby made it difficult to sleep.

Nothing , Saturdays are partys in the town and loud music can be heard. But you have ear plugs available in the house so its ok.

Phi Phi Island stay was amazing. Everything was perfect: great location, friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent breakfast.

The only downside was the loud music, but it’s totally understandable given the lively atmosphere of the island.

Our stay at this Phi Phi hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their kindness, attentiveness, and excellent hospitality. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, especially the bed, which made it easy to rest after long days of exploring.The location could not be better. Being right in front of the beach was a dream, and everything was within walking distance, including great restaurants, shops, and cafés. The food at the hotel was fantastic, and breakfast truly stood out. The breakfast spread included its own omelette bar, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and delicious.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our time in Phi Phi unforgettable. The only downside was that there is a beach club nearby that plays very loud music from around 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. Even playing our own relaxing music did not help much because of the heavy bass.Despite this, the experience was still wonderful, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phi Phi, especially if you enjoy being close to the beach and the heart of the island.

Great pool. Access to the beach. Hotel staff is amazing. Everyone greeted us all the time. The bungalows were super nice. Loved it.

The music from the bars plays until 4 AM. However, I doubt this is unique to this hotel as the bars were a good kilometer away. But the music was so loud. It’s not the hotel’s fault.

There’s a disco next door with loud noise until late at night – definitely not a vacation. The nights are an absolute horror. Don’t come here if you want to relax.

Location, food and staff

The noise from the resort across or next to the one I stayed in. I stayed in a beach/pool front room. The music or party was did not stop till 3:30am which made it difficult to fall asleep. It was so loud and obnoxious.

Beautiful area and facility. Pools and view are absolutely stunning!

Over priced for the villa you stay in. Not much to offer in that sense. But the pool and beach are perfect.

The design

You cannot sleep at night or in the morning. They do maintenance for the plants in the morning you can hear everything to your room. If someone sneezes you can hear him from the other room. When I read the other comments of the guests I thought it was exaggerated but in fact it was much worse

The pool was fantastic. Good vibes. Swim up bar. Probably need to update the lounge chairs some, though. The staff in all parts of the resort were wonderful. The food was excellent. And I even enjoyed the outdoor movie event. I came to the Coco Beach Resort after a week in a resort in south Phuket. I was so happy not having to deal with mosquitoes. They ruined that week in Phuket for me. So whatever you guys are doing at the Coco Beach Resort to minimize them. Keep it up!Thank you for the wonderful week Coco Beach Resort!

Lounge chairs

The hotel has a beautiful set up, very nice pool and restaurant area and a very charming design overall. Breakfast was super complete and also it was great to have the "downtown" and access to restaurantes on a walking distance. They also provide free use for paddle boards/kayaks which were great.

Noise at night was very annoying. I understand that this is not the hotel's fault, but the music from some beach clubs makes it very difficult to sleep at night since the rooms/villas do not have a noise-proof walls. I'm also surprised that a hotel of this category does not have a gym.
