Clean rooms, good location

Small rooms, window didn’t lock so anyone could have come in despite room being locked

The room is inside the inner block, so there is no noise from outside. The place has a strict policy to keep it quiet.

It's super small and basic (which I expected and was enough for my one-night stay). There was literally no space in the room, no furniture or closet. The bathroom is super small.

It was very central. You are within walking distance and for the cost it’s good value. The AC works, private bathroom, the door locks and it’s not noisy at night

Comfortable bed (although the mattress is firm — those who prefer a softer one might not find it ideal). The room is small but worked perfectly fine for me. Great location, close to the beaches and the port.

My room had a window facing the hallway, where a light stays on all night - the curtain for this window is not blackout.

Everything was good, good bed, air conditioner, hot water...Really friendly staffEveryday you get new water and toilet paper at your door.Good quality and price, not far from everything but in a quiet street.

Miss a fridge in the smaller room

Staff were lovely, helped us book a private boat tour and it was such a good experience and cheaper than everywhere else. Great location. Great aircon

Our bathrooms drain smelt quite a bit, bed was very hard and walls were pretty thin so could hear neighbours easily

The location was perfect, easily walkable from the pier. It was also near a local market with great food at reasonable prices. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was small but for the price it was very good value

a duvet or thicker sheets would be nice or a couple of soft sheets. The brown hard wool sheets were really unpleasant. Corridor from laundrette/reception to room a bit murky and grotty could do with being a bit more presentable and appealing with signage to say you are at the hotel and a sign to point you to rooms as i thought at first i was going up to someones apartments. Shower was a very basic would be nice to have something a bit better.Overall though good value.

The room was spacious and we got to check in even if we arrived earlier. The room was clean and cool and quiet.

The staff was very helpful and the location was very convenient, 4 minutes walk from the pier. It also has a 24/7 laundry in very good price.

The room didn’t have too much space to place your things and it didn’t have any refrigerator.

Staff was the best we found in Thailand. Conveniently located in the heart of Phi Phi don a few steps from the main pier.

Large rooms for the price, located close to everything but just far enough away from the night life so that you don’t get disturbed at night. Laundry on site and staff very helpful too

It was perfect for the cost

Exactly as advertised. Great budget private accommodation in Phi Phi. Service was excellent. We were able to book a day trip directly through the hotel before we arrived. Price was same as if we’d booked via the organisers. We were sorry we didn’t book for two nights.

As I said, for the price. It was bang on expectations. Basic, clean and convenient location.
