The pool.

The presidential suite was filthy with stained carpet and a mouse living in it. The fact of the nose did not surprise the hotel management as much as one would hope, and there was no attempt to make amends for this unpleasantry.

Good facilities. Luxurious stay for family. Large well maintained pool.Buffet was great with taste and variety. Staff arranged room decoration for birthday at very short notice so it was very sweet and well done.

No dormitory for driver to spend the night. Buffet live counter speed van be improved.

The property is at a nice location. Many attractions are easily accessible in North region. The rooms and the overall property were clean. The amenities were also good. Overall, good property.

The breakfast was almost same menu every day for 5 days.Idlis, Dosa and some paratha. There should be more variety to cater all kinds of customers.During breakfast times it used to get too crowded. Maybe the group booking could be hosted some place else for breakfast and manage the traffic accordingly.

Old rooms, no proper toiletries provided, breakfast menu was not par with other five star properties.

The most horrible and arrogant staff with goons attitudes they have no basic culture or intention to greet and help the guests the food was horrible the chef is not even aware of what is taste food

Service need to be improved. Please make single point contact number for different facilities for room, so many contact no for services (like in room dining , housekeeping etc. ) creates confusion leading to dissatisfaction. Wifi was not functional.

There was no Halal food. Breakfast table was reserved. This should not be a policy of reserving a Breakfast table. It should be on 1st come 1st served basis.

staff is very rude. they don’t care about the policy mentioned in booking.com.they refused to give complimentary extra bed for 4yr old kid, where it’s mentioned in booking.com that it’s free.checkin took time more than 30mins

rooms and complete property is not maintained and not clean at all.. and staff attitude is also very bad .. and I had to change my room because it was not at all clean and they refused to change the room.

The location of the hotel was good.

Apart from the location of the hotel, EVERYTHING was bad.The rooms has insects coming out of the bathroom drains. Housekeeping cleaned the room thrice, and still the insects kept on coming.The AC in the room did not work despite repeated requests. The maintenance staff knew that there was a problem with the AC, but did nothing to correct it.The bedsheets had fungus marks on them.The room was dirty at the time of check-in, with used bottles lying in the room.Asked for an Iron - but despite repeated requests, did not get it in 2 days of my stay. The food was pathetic - was VERY spicy even after we specifically asked for less spices while ordering.The buffet breakfast is a total joke.The staff did not want to work at all. You ask them to bring you napkins, they say yes sir, and go stand in a corner doing nothing.During my 2 days of stay, the electricity went out average 5 times every day, and the genset took about 3-4 minutes to start - due to which my children got really scared because of the dark (at night).We got upgraded to the family suite - which we initially though was a bonus - but led to the biggest disappointment. The family suite is right on top of their Sewage Disposal Plant - so the stink from the STP comes into the rooms all day and night.Despite being touted as a five star hotel, there is no games room, no recreation room etc. They don't even have board games - which don't cost anything.All in all, it would be wise if you if you could avoid this hotel. Stay there at your peril.

Hotel needs much more improvements in cleanliness. The response time of Housekeeping staff very poor

Being 5 star property should provide shuttle service. Mentioned rooms garden facing but there is no garden.Basic facilities viz locker was not there. Toiletries were not as per property. Staff shortage noticed. Response time for any service was very poor. Stayed in other 5 star properties but experience in this property was disappointing. It was not worth for money paid.

nothing , it was amongst the worst trips of my life

the staff was non courteous, bills were raised without any checking , someone else’s items were billed to us , no receipt of payment was provided even after asking multiple times . we were told it will be mailed to you . i saw people accusing the staff of stealing money from rooms . today morning before breakfast someone created a ruckus because he wasn’t being given any service. the same thing happened yesterday also , i saw a guest shouting. they make you pay in advance and then you feel trapped .

Room cleaning was very poor and no one was come after calling to reception.its including in service to provide water bottles, tea and coffee pouch,changing towels,bedsheet and blankets but in four days hault only two days partly serviceable given Very unhappy with hotel services.nobody was serious about complaints.guilty felt by paid large amount to see only online photos and videos I will suggest to my closers don't go in this hotel

regional taste of the breakfast to be enhanced but the lunch and dinner was excellent and the Chef from Purulia had made excellent vegetable kofta jain and about the location it's superb . we go to goa almost everymonth and i hope we will split our stay between Park Regis and Novotel condolim on oue every visit. All the staff were very co-operative and polite.
