This hotel exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who quickly met all my needs. The amenities, including a great pool and dining options, were impressive and well-maintained. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, complete with everything I needed. The location is convenient, close to attractions and public transport. Overall, it’s excellent value for money, and I’d happily stay here again!

Location is good, Food also good, Rooms are clean, Bathrooms are clean & maintained. But Hotel is bit inside the city.

Kindly change breakfast location indoors as it was very hot outside.

We stayed there for two nights. The place itself is beautiful, rooms are spacious (relatively..) and clean (also relatively..). There is a nice pool and an excellent shower

The service was bad in every way. Just a few examples- 1) We ordered food to the room and were told it would take 20 minutes. We waited a whole hour (!) and then when we called to find out what was going on with the food, the kitchen transferred us to the reception, who told us that the kitchen did not understand what we wanted because the guy who took the order from the kitchen did not speak English and therefore did not prepare the food..2- We rented a scooter from the place. They asked for payment in advance, and only after persuasion did they agree that we would pay at the end. I live in India and know how it goes, and it's never pre-paid.3- Several times when we asked for help they came to help, and then if for example they needed to call the kitchen, they just entered our room and did it from the phone in our room (as if they have no way to communicate on their own, or remember what they need and take care of it outside our room.. ) 4- The worst: the window in our room which was on the 2nd floor is a sliding window from the floor to the ceiling, without bars and without any protection. Total shock, and absolutely insane danger to lives5- The air conditioner was located behind the closet, and any change in it required us to get on the bed

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property, which was unfortunately a very bad experience.Payment Issues: There was no option to pay by credit card, only cash payments were accepted. This caused a lot of inconvenience.Poor Breakfast Options: The breakfast menu was extremely limited, with aloo paratha being the only option available. The quality and variety were disappointing.Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely poor, which made it difficult to use even basic online services.Inconvenient Location: The hotel is located far from essential places such as the beach, station, and market, which was frustrating.Unhelpful Staff: The staff were not supportive or helpful during my stay.Lack of Basic Amenities: Basic toiletries like soap were not provided, even though they were included in my package. Instead, I was told they were chargeable.Due to these issues, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. I hope you take these complaints seriously and work towards improving your services for future guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were willing to accommodate our small requests. Mukul was very good with us The room was small compared to the 'king suite's advertised online. But it was comfortable.

The complimentary food was okay okay. The hotel had hosted a stag party with over 25 men which disrupted the whole place. When we go there for leisure, we expect peace and quiet.And it was mentioned online that there is airport shuttle included in the price but the hotel denied it.

The service is outstanding, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They assist us with everything we need. The hotel is new & clean. The bed is very comfy. The food was very delicious ? , big thanks for the restaurant team too! I highly recommend this hotel.

Given that it is a location with greenery insects are expected however they could provided an all out in the room..menu could have more food options.

The place is very good in the heart of North Goa. Rooms are clean, the bathrooms are nice. The pool is the best part of the hotel. The staff is very helpful towards anything, the reception responds fast. You get good food at the hotel. You can rent scooters at the hotel too. Even though it's in the centre there's not much traffic or noise, the hotel is in a secluded area surrounded by forests. Overall our stay here was great. Would definitely recommend this place

The kitchen elderly staff are rude and do not reply on a polite note also they don’t have much serving manners and do not the clean the table on time

i booked a deluxe room with my familystay was quite good, pool is dam big and crystal clearroom service is quite prompt and smoothfood service is bit slowrest everything was awesome

The wifi was really poor , infact wifi doesn't connect in the room and nor even the tv

The stay was peaceful. It was at the center which made it easier for us to travel to all the places we wanted to go. Especially the beaches. The hotel itself has an inbound option to get scooters and cars for rent. The staff were polite and Mukul was friendly which made it even easier for us to ask what we needed and we got quick resolution as well.Overall I recommend this stay to have a peaceful and relaxing experience.
