Citadines Arpora Nagoa Goa

The staff were very polite and helpful. We got an upgrade in the room and it was fabulous. The place was super clean.

The staff of the hotel is well trained. The go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It really exceeded our expectations with the kind of treatment we received in our hospitality.

The location is a few hundred meters away from the main road. The local area taxi union doesn't allow gomiles taxi to come for a pickup. They want you to take the taxi service from them which is 40-50% from what gomiles quotes. I am not sure why hotel owner is not able to get rid of them.

The room was very spacious, clean and exceeded my expectations. Front desk staffs were very welcoming. The housekeeping Mani team Mantu was prompt. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel is on the main road. Complimentary Hi-tea provided by them was also good.

Outside the hotel, there is a lobby of taxi-vendors and they offer taxis in bad condition and charge more than double that you can book online. They create a lot of problems if you book a taxi from outside. They literally start fighting with other drivers. This is something I didn't like.

It is an affordable yet comfortable, luxury and family friendly property Spacious, good meals, comfortable, value for money

Everything was okay except the staff weren't able to guide me for good spots and must or must not visit places

Family friendly hotel, cooperative staff, clean, great food, neat to all north Goa attractions.

Staff very supportive and friendly They get out of their way and do more than expected

Sewage smell in the reception car basement parking and corridorsComplaining since we arrived till we left nothing resolved

The location is pretty central considering how vast North Goa is. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly.

The amenities are not much and whatever is there is not up to the mark. The breakfast and dinner (set menu) was almost same all the days with only few items interchanging. However, the taste was good so I guess that's a saving grace.

The rooms were big and clean. The staff was friendly. Overall a great experience

Large modern comfortable room, attentive service, helpful staff

Location was somewhat remote, small swimming pool

The property was nice and the food was very good. The pool side area was also well-built

The staff was all trainee and did not know the basics of even beer pouring, the service was late and unreliable. The location could also be better

Beautiful place for family holidays.good service, clean, good staff, breakfast was also good & healthy.

Lovely breakfast, rooms are nice and clean. All the people working there were doing a great job.

Nothing I didn’t like about the place

I came to this hotel because I am used Chennai and I never thought the staff in the front office are going to be this useless and does not have brains. They’re so easily. I don’t know how Booking.com works, so I don’t give a damn that is your problem. Is this the answer of front office says shame on you, people.

We booked 2 bedroom suite for 3 days. The entire 5th floor and the suite had a strange odour. The staff was very limited, many times we had to go to basement and bring back car ourselves. The checkin time was 2pm still we were provided room at 3pm.The breakfast buffet was same second day.

It was really Awesome..neat and clean..good location..friendly staff..

Had a wonderful stay at Citadines Goa! The property is well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the food was absolutely delicious.A special mention to Mr. Rohan Sathe, who made the entire experience seamless, from booking to checkout. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured a hassle-free stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa! Looking forward to visiting again.

Location

Room was clean and spacious

If any item is unavailable or discontinued it needs to be updated in the menu rather than making guest wait for 30mins only to advise that an item is not available. Not much food options

Breakfast was good, my 2 year old enjoyed the live music

I think the aircon needed a clean up as it had some foul smell that made the living room stink.

Big spacious rooms with all the amenities you need. Strategically located. Very good WiFi
