Pros +
- Breakfast was fixed , repeated with same food but food quality was good ,
- Food Service, Room Service, Staff was nice
- Service provided for cleaning etc staff were good and helpful.
Cons -
- When I visited with my family , I was comfortable but later they allowed a Rowdy gang of 50/60 people and they made us uncomfortable. Atleast hotel should take care of there reputation and other guest comfort level. Then I checkout and shifted to other hotel which was far better then that .
- Cleanliness, View, expectations were set high but resort was more like a lodge. Felt like in a hostel and not in a private room.
- Rooms were clean but washroom was not clean at all. Restaurant didn't provide dishes and spoon if we are taking parcel from outside. They were rude too.

Manager Lalit behaviour was good and intentions were good. But overall management was not good.
Took long time to allot room was taking longer time.Extension was not working. For everything had to go from 3rf floor to reception.Basic facilities like soaps, door mates was missing.Room service was horrified. They need multiple follow up for even small things. They don't have sufficient staff.Parking facilities was not good we had to park XUV 500 on road.Flush tank was not working.no UPS backup... For almost 3 hours we were in the room without fans OR AC.They actually spoiled my vacation. I really need my money back through Booking.com.
The location.
They were not prepared to accommodate any guests at all but still opened and advance payment was a must. The AC wouldn't work, locks wouldn't open. The linen were dirty. The bathroom were dirty as well. Cockroaches were everywhere. No hot water. Its nothing as mentioned in the site.
