Ginger Goa, Arpora

Nothing, filthy with piss on toilet and God knows what under bathroom basin! Everywhere covered in dirt/dust. Linen and top runner on bed dirty too!Don’t even look inside the lids of the bottles they provide with free water in them - inside lids filthy and rusty!

Rules and regs for swimming pool except if you are Indian then you can wear whatever you like in pool and don’t have to bother wearing a swimming cap or shower cap over your long hair! You can play ball games in the pool and scream and shut as much as you wish even in the evening when maybe guests are having a snooze or early night! You can be in a party of many noisy people arriving at hotel at 2am and don’t give a damn about other guests.Waiters lazy in collecting plates etc from rooms then leaving them on open stairwell… thereby encouraging rats and mice! FFS there were only 3 floors!Never again for the price, just shows how wrong you can be about reviews and stars! For sure reviews were paid for and written by staff and friends!

Great place with attentive staff. Nice facilities and right location for what I needed

Was given a room really far in

Breakfast Outdoors staff all are good

Room Space others all everything was good

LocationBreakfast

Rooms too small for 2+1, no room for extra mattress.Needs a lot repair & maintenance

Swimming pool and veg food.Bed in the room

Rooms are too smallIn room service is very badNo towels in room.Water bottle costed as if it it's 5 star

Quite good hotel, Facilities (gym, swimming pool) are good..

Rooms are quite small in size.. Restaurant offers only veg food which is not preferred in Goa

Disappointing

there is no wifi and mobile network in room, I complained from the time of check in, but nobody fixed it until I check out. even though I requested them to change my room but they didn’t help me for that. and lot of mosquitoes and other bees.

Insects over breakfast, cups were not there, towels were not there, ,

the food was good, enjoyed a lot

rooms are small.. it was bit overpriced

Great stay. Very warm and welcoming staff. They gave a early check in and also an upgrade. Small yet cozy rooms. Very Clean and hygienic. Good view. Good amenities. Great swimming pool. Toiletries provided. They also have a massage chair in the lobby. Speaking of food. Good variety in buffet. Also reasonable. Location is close to beaches. Its near the market. Would surely visit again and recommend others.

The staff is really good but they just knock once and enter directly in the rooms. Other than this no complains at all.

Bad

They are basically cheaters. They didnt disclose that they have a huge list of rules. Booking.com didnt have any mention about it being a pure veg hotel not having any facility. Their WiFi doesnt work. Their lifts are the worst u can find anywhere. Either the lift doesnt work or if it does, it takes 20 mins to accept a command. All in all a disastrous hotel..poor location.they have wrongly mentioned all the distances. Everything is far away . Bad decision to stay at this hotel.

We really like the way they welcomes and specially Mr Bose at reception was very helpful and having pleasant guyChef was also very good, we liked the food still he came and asked if we want to suggest anything to improve but actually it was good and we were fully satisfiedVery friendly staffs and neat n clean property

Nothing such

People are friendly and ready to service

Most of the services offered were not operational like TV, Internet and AC even had challenges with basic amenities jet spray was not working. We had to switch rooms multiple time which was inconvenient.

Small hotel but cosy

Exceptional

It is pure veg?

Room service and food delivery is too poor

except for the location and room, nothing great

wifi is not even working to any of the rooms that we have booked. Not an answer that satisfies us.

Good

Everything was good but response from staff was delayed .

Staff is so cooperative and so professional ...awesome property must visit this place for one night

Everything was perfect

Passable
