The setting was amazing and the hotel staff was always professional and courteous.

Rooms location, too many alleys.

Breakfast very good, warm pool, fitness center is complete, view is nice and room is big enough.

On my 1st day breakfast, the restaurant is very full. I need to keep standing for 30mins until I get the table. The hotel could improve this by adding more tables during peak days and staff could be more helpful finding table rather than just ignoring us.

The view. The view is breath taking view. This is the only positive side about this hotel

Seperate building with lobby/restaurant and swimming pool.The fridge did'nt work. Took more than 1 hour to have somebody came to replace it.No extrabed without breakfast.The rooms are outdated.

Clean, big and very spacious room.Breakfast also has a wide variety to choose from.The rooftop restaurant provides a splendid view. And the welcome drink is fantastic

Rooftop restaurant food is not that great.However it compensates with a great view.

Very nice view from the hotel, facing Arjuna mountain, breakfast spread was fantastic, staff members were at their best: polite, helpful and accommodating. Hotel facilities were nice and adequate - spread on large area, so a bit of walking from the room to the other place. Room were spacious, minimal but functional. Rooftop cafe was nice, with nice view.

The way to go up to the hotel is very dark and quite at night although it is not far from the center. The Bathroom cleanliness can be improve, especially on the countertop, as the water leaks to the whole counter area. Our door was knocked on in the middle of the night.

Great mountain View (building 4 and 5), large room with balcony, heated swimming pool and various breakfast, have rooftop cafe with open mountain view.

Wifi super slow ( have to use my internet data sometimes), TV too small for room size, No internet TV, can’t install my fire stick TV as no power outlet near TV, old interior

Clean and fresh air. A resort that's at the top of a hill so those are expected.

The noise. Incredibly loud event going on at the hotel's central area since morning 7AM to night 11PM.This is supposed to be a resort where families are supposed to be having their quiet time. Enjoying their peace but no.. there's a company gathering event on both Wednesday and Thursday that I stayed at and they turned up their professional grade speakers to the max. So my suggestion is to ask the hotel if there is any event planned, if there is Avoid booking at this place.

The cleanliness, the staff, the fifteen celcius restaurant has an awesome view, nice food, and friendly/helpful staff.

The breakfast quality is so so, the hotel facilities are located at a different building, which has no covering when raining. The rooms are old although they are clean.

The view from our room was really nice; we could see sunrise next to Mt. Arjuno, as well as Mt. Semeru on clear days.

Your room can be quite far from the front desk.

It has a rooftop lounge with best mountain view and warm water in the swimming pool. Nice taste and variety food indeed. People can ride ATV with professional coaching.

The receptionists and services team really should improve better. When we're arrived, no one helped. Then, I was in the middle of transaction when they suddenly left me to support other guest. Very unpolite. The queue was like we're in the bus terminal. Other service team were stand by, but did nothing. It took forever to wait my lugages to sent at room, until my husband finally took it himself downstairs. Then, they said we can't reserve seats at lounge, when we saw other guests were allowed to do it. When we ask waiter to order some food at lounge, they left us to support another guest (taking pict with phone) although we were first, not them. We were put second behind. At breakfast time, it took too long for waiter to clean the desk. Messed up everywhere. Its a 4 stars hotel with no good service standards, or not well prepared for high season. And not worth of money.
