Dirty, stinky, cold rooms.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Air con not working.

The breakfast could have more options, and also there isn't scrambled eggs.

The breakfast looked good with variety. I rose too late to enjoy it properly. Staff were friendly and check in staff spoke English.

Great breakfast, and great staff who were willing to make fresh bacon and eggs even for one person towards the end of the breakfast window. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Also nice to have a resident restaurant.

Storage space for clothes is very limited. No wardrobe, just a few open hangers and one drawer. It was not a big deal, but may be more inconvenient for a longer stay. Otherwise all fine.

Nice friendly staff, helpful. Room was ‘tired’ - very old carpet and wallpaper, but renovated bathroom and comfy bed. It had everything I needed for a short stay, was clean, quiet and practical.

Centrally located, the best rooms overlook the water.

Breakfast is served up to 9am on weekdays and this does not suit all tourists. The hotel should extend breakfast times to 10am, like most other hotels.

Location was great , in the middle of town, opposite the theatre, the mediathèque and the centre commercial. The staff was very helpful, regarding the parking etc.. and in good English. The buffet was quantitative and qualitative good.

The beds were a bit too "soft" for our taste.

Easy check-in check-out, very close to Versailles and easy access to Paris centre hy public transport (direct connection from walking distance). Nice location around

The people working at reception were friendly.

Rundown hotel in a depressing part of town. Booking said 'superior room with view on lake', I looked out on a bunch of staircases. The restaurant was quite appalling, the buffet looked unappetising, the restaurant feels like a cafeteria, the personnel does not seem to care much. There are stains on furniture in the hall, decorative pillows on the bed with stains on them. This was not worth the 120 euro I paid.

Great location, nearby lots of shops, restaurants and some activities. Nice room, comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. I also tried lunch at the hotel, buffet with excellent service. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
