    Pros +

    • Easy to park, nice staff, clean, good breakfast, all in all perfect for the price
    • Outside the city of Paris. About 20 to 25 min from Orly Airport. About 35 to 50 euro cost of an Uber or Bolt depending on the time of day. Staff was inviting and cordial. They spoke English enough to work with me. We had a 3 twin room one a bunk with my 2 grown boys and me. We made it work. Took the mattress off the bunk and put on floor and slept. It made the room tight but it worked. The Budget side of the hotel was fine. Hotel is kid friendly. We bought breakfast. It's traditional European. About a 25 min walk to the train or you can rent the scooters. Outdoor mall with a Carrefour and restaurants about a 20 min walk. It's Europe so American comforts like ice machines, No! The air conditioner in room worked but had a mind of its own as far as staying on and cutting off. It's in the settings. We stayed there a week. Price was great what would I do differently looking back? Get 2 rooms for the space. I was on a budget so the one room worked. But just for sleeping. We spent time in the lobby and plenty of sitting spaces down there. There is a foozball table. Learned this hotel is next to a school/college something that was opening back up after we were leaving. Thst may affect things for people. Parking we did not use but it does cost. I did not rent a car and glad I didn't bc parking in Paris is a nightmare. An all day train pass is 12 or 13 euro. Trains go everywhere. But if you have a family that's gonna add up. Overall great hotel especially for the price.
    • Clean, big shopping mall and restaurants in a mall 10 min walk away.

    Cons -

    • Air conditioner was on a setting that would cut off after awhile. Had to keep cutting it on. In the afternoon some days random Kids not staying at the hotel would come in and use the Foosball table. Like after school times then leave. There were 2 electrical outlets in the room and one in the bathroom. So the twin bed nearest the bathroom had no outlet. I'd recommend bringing a power strip with a longer cord to stretch between the two twin beds in a 2 twin/bunk bed room. You get bath towels but no face cloths. If you use face cloths to wash your body then bring your own. Staff will clean room daily and replace used towels.
    • Air conditioning did not work properly. The temperature remained the same no matter how we adjusted it. The room was warm and the ac kept switching off by itself all night. Didn’t have the breakfast as it looked very meager- just some bakery items and canned fruit. It was almost empty with no staff to refill by 10am though it was supposed to be till 11.
    • Breakfast was always fresh and sheets ant towels were changed daily. There is parking garage and you can pay in hotel.

Staff is very nice and kind.

I think we’re getting canned fruits for breakfast and I didn’t like that. The croissants are fresh though.not too many breakfast options.

Breakfast was worth it. Most of the food was fresh. Room is also clean. Fast wifi. Staff were friendly. Happy with the stay.

    Not much.

    Passable

Worst breakfast. No basic facilities in the room except bed and linen. Not worth for the money paid.

    Clean. Friendly people

    A bit expensive

Right next to velodrome for Paralympics

The bedrooms were very hot. The a/c is situated over the door but the beds are around a corner on the other side of the bathroom and the cool air just doesn’t reach. If you’re in a high bed then it’s quite unbearable. We also had silver fish in both rooms ( we’d booked two) but reception was closed so we couldn’t mention it. Didn’t take breakfast.

Very handy for the velodrome and a couple of restaurants opposite. Clean and efficient, good shower.

Air con was a bit unpredictable

La distancia con París..directamente con el tren C puedes llegar a la tour Effeil en 35 min. La estación desde el Hotel está a 12 min andando

    Nada

    6AnnaPosted on: 8-9-2024

    Cleaned, position

Staff not so friendly, room smaller than in picture, poor breakfast

    7AjithPosted on: 7-8-2024

It's a budget hotel, so nothing much was expected, even though it as part of Accor

You could save money by operating one location for breakfast in both hotels. Since IBIS Budget closes the breakfast by 8am and request all clients to go to IBIS to have breakfast

    8MitjaPosted on: 6-23-2024

Hotel is at the pleasant, peaceful location. The railway station with good connection is very near.

There are only a few free parking spots.

    7RobertPosted on: 4-23-2024

Stayed here to visit Versailles Palace the next day. It was comfortable and quiet.

    Parking should have been complimentary.

    8EdmontsPosted on: 4-11-2024

All was good, value for money, clean, etc. The reason we stayed here because we were visiting Versaile palace and Miniature France, perfect location for that. The reason for 8 stars out of ten-parking issues. If you are not able to park near hotel or at the hotel car park, you need to look for parking *miles away*.

    6SiltriPosted on: 10-20-2023

    Comfortable bed.

Very basic for the price. Location, if you don't have car. No hair dryer in the room.
