ibis Saint Quentin en Yvelines - Velodrome

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and close to a small forest/lake for fresh air and exercise. Late checkout possibility until 5 pm (for a reasonable fee) helpful.

Rude staff and completely unwilling to help. They confirmed that I could change the dates of my reservation and declined several times.

Rude staff.

Easy to find location for food and UberWifi was okRoom was a good sizeClean

The staff at reception and serving at the bar were some of the worst iv seen.Standing waiting to get a drink and they just ignored me and carried on doing other things. This happened multiple times

Great location right at the velodrome. Basic, clean.

Heating control you need to go to reception to ask them to turn up the heating. I was regularly freezing as even if you asked you would need to go back down and ask again. No kettle again go to reception for free hot water. Kettle would be more convenient.

Modern & clean. I was cold but spoke to reception & they added more heat to my room

No tea making facilities in room

Keep my bicycle in the room.

No refrigerator, no water heaters.

Room was well equipped / breakfast great

There was very little lunch choice

It's close to our offices, always clean, has all the amenities I need, decent size room, good bed and good desk to work at and the staff is friendly and fast and the price is def affordable, so in short perfect for my recurring business travels to Montigny.

Great location in a quiet area. Only 20 minutes away from Paris.

Very convenient location. Close to SQY Ouest shopping mallClean rooms with modern design

Fair breakfast! Clean and quiet room

The staff and location were satisfactory

I had a small cloth bag of earrings disappear during my stay; when the staff was asked to inquire house staff, my earrings were not found. It was clear that someone took it when doing linens; very disappointing this lack of professionalism and integrity
