Limited choice in restaurant in the eveningSame for breakfast
parking and convenient access to highways
toilet piping stinking, bad odour in the whole roomwindow handle half brokenno way to eat after 22.00 only a vending machine only working with cash
Practical and well located for my business
When you have a shower in the peak (at the same time as the majority of guests, the hot water is missing sometimes.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, parking on site, east to get to location, quiet, bed was not completely comfortable but it was accommodating
Small room for 3 people, dirty/stained accent pillows
Disappointing
The pricing of the room increased after my first couple of stays from 74 to 107 euros, which is quite expensive for a room with inadequate wifi signals and a small flat screen tv with poor quality pixels.
F*ck this hotel
Hygiene!!! And we were woken up 2 nights in a row because of the alarm because there were 'people smoking' in a room. I dont buy that
Reception and Security staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. Close to the Velodrome, less than a 10 min walk. Close to the train station, approx 20 min walk and 20 min walk to a shopping centre.
Housekeeping staff, including their Manager/Supervisor did not pay attention to the ‘Do not Disturb’ sign. I stayed for 7 nights and did not need my room cleaned every day, but even though I had the sign out for 4 days, they knocked on my door, waking me on 2 of those days. The Manager/Supervisor appeared on the 2nd day that I had the sign out and showed her annoyance that I didn’t understand French and was quite rude to me because I was saying they didn’t need to clean. The 2 mornings that they came in they took the bin rubbish and wiped the bathroom basin, but didn’t make the bed up with clean sheets or vacuum so I’m not sure why they were so intent on coming in on the days I had the sign out.
Excellent location for the velodrome, which is why we were there. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good if you’re not a coeliac. (Did request gluten free bread in advance, but none provided so went to supermarket to buy some). Room and ensuite were small and pretty basic, even though meant to be superior (eg. no slippers or robes as promised). Very clean though and the bed was extremely comfortable. Shower worked ok once we fixed the broken attachment with a hair bobble ? Air conditioning efficient and very welcome as weather was hot.
The extortionate Olympics room rate we had to pay. But we knew that in advance didn’t we.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Hotel is around a 15 minute walk from the metro/train station and is about 5-10 minute walk from the national velodrome. Although we didn't use it there seemed to plenty of car parking on site also. Area around the hotel is quiet and safe and just a 15 minute walk from a shopping centre and restaurants.
Could be more signs to find the hotel, not the easiest to find walking from the train station. You also have to pay for TV channels if you want to watch anything which isn't great. Price for what you get is expensive but demand was high at the time went as it was the Olympics.
Clean and had air conditioning. Quiet hotel room.
The shower area is part of the becroom. It is a shower block separated by a curtain. The toilet has a door into it. I.wasn't expecting the arrangement with the shower.
Handy place to stop driving from Dieppe ferry port to the Alps. Short walk to the town with some good bars, shops and restaurants.Free parking onsite for a van (no height restriction).
Basic room, but does the job.
If you have any business trip and meetings in Trappes or Guyancourt, then that's the proper place to stay. Clean. Parking (car here is a must). Quite nice restaurant. I stayed here before so knew what to expect.
If this is business hotel then WiFi is below (any) par. Restaurant closes 9 PM.
It fit my unusual criteria - it had parking suitable for a car with a roof box, was relatively close to a simple public transport route to Musee D’Orsay and within a reasonable journey of the channel tunnel. It was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and willing. It was good to see a hot drinks tray in France. When I accidentally booked for the wrong dates they were very helpful in allowing me to change without charging the cancellation fee they were entitled to.It clearly wasn’t usually used by tourists but it worked for us and would make a reasonably stopover.
The restaurant menu was interpreted in an odd way - fries turned out to be roast new potatoes, mille feuille was a mass of whipped cream with two pieces of solid pastry and a couple of strawberries, carrot cake was hard and heavy. The waiter was willing and his English was good (better than my French) but he struggled to understand the idea of a gin and tonic. We told the desk that the bathroom door didn’t open properly from the inside. A very helpful person came to look at it and promised to fix it the next day. When we got back that evening the problem door lock had been removed - not ideal but a prompt solution.
Friendly professional reception staff who were very helpfulEasy to get into Paris
The breakfast should be improved. Same food and choices for the last two years.
The room cleaning should be improved and supervised. The room furniture, appliences are getting old.
The staff was friendly, although their English was a little poor and the toerist tax was not payable via credit card (machine broke)
Big truck idling at 5 in the morning in front of the hotel. Very noisy rooms.
The room was basic, but it had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. There was a single bed with a hard mattress and a clean white sheet, a small desk with a lamp and a chair, a bathroom with some hangers and a mirror, and a window that let in some natural light. The room was not spacious, but it was tidy and cozy.
One of the drawbacks of staying in this place is the lack of sound insulation. The walls are so thin that you can easily hear what the neighbors are doing or saying in the adjacent rooms. This can be very annoying and disturbing, especially if you are trying to sleep or work. Another problem is the poor internet connection. The speed is very low, barely reaching 1 Mbps, and many websites and applications do not load properly. This makes it hard to communicate, stream, or download anything online. You might feel frustrated and isolated because of this.
Pleasant staff. Nice restaurant food. Easy to find and good parking.
Very busy surrounding roads and 20 mins walk to nearest restaurants and shops.
