3 days in found out no cleaning of room unless ask out of stock on many items such as lemonade ice tea etc took hour to get bottle wine at rooftop bar claimed could not find opener If go rooftop but don’t want eat your banned to top deck and get no service Parking if even t going on very difficult and far away The beach bar many days nothing drink and would not go get for customer No soap or shampoo in bathroom

Toilet had an issue, but it was addressed promptly. Would have loved stronger water pressure in the shower

The location by the beach was excellent. Staff professional and courteous. Inside Breakfast/bar was a plus . Convenient. Lots of adjoining restaurant, bar, etc outside the hotel.

Beautiful place...clean and comfortable. Not a lot to do at this location, but peaceful and relaxing

The food at the resort was sub par...other restaurants in the area much better.

Hotel is a great location at the Cove. Room was very clean and great size however, the bathroom shower allowed for water all around on the floor as glass was not long enough. All of the staff were great. Had coffee hot cappuccino and it was great and a wonderful design. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very very helpful. I would like to mention one attendant, Pearl, she was attentive to all guests and very helpful in offering waffles that weren't shown on the buffet. a Jet ski and banana boat were available for rental. Security present and very clean outside as well as in the hotel.

Bathroom was small for me

Staff are amazing. The quietness. Prolific the house cat. He kept us entertained daily. This was a great stay.

Breakfasts could be improved. Twice my meal arrived cold.

The rooms are clean but you can tell the hotel is old and the facilities need updating. There were no towels when we got to our room and had to ask for it. There’s no mini fridge to put cold drinks which is always needed in a tropical weather/climate. The shower door is difficult to slide open and close and therefore we end up not closing it through when we shower and water leaking outside of it. The staff are friendly and polite but there’s not enough during the one and only time we had dinner at their restaurant. We had ask for ice several times and was told the final time we did they ran out. There are no garbage cans anywhere in the common places. There are so many things that could be made efficient like a counter for beach towels, a sign up sheet for their water sport activities, and not having to present coupons for the included breakfast buffet. I could see the potential for this place to be a 5-star type resort if only management will invest on it. So many inefficiencies.

Working on sewer loud and bad smell all day.Bed was hard. Need elevators, we are seniors.

Excellent Customer Service..

We stayed at a 2 bedroom executive suite, i have to call front desk for hairdryer, bathroom tissues, drinking glasses.. There were no bedroom slippers or bathrobes, either.. These simple needs of guests who are either on vacation or work should have been ready esp. with the money spent on a suite .. The elevators were in progress.. We walked 5 stairs during our 4 days stay on hot hallways & stairways as these areas of the building were not air-conditioned.. Overall, its a beautiful building, floors were made of marble..

The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced for walk in guests, good presentation, nice line up of food choices, tastes good! Appreciated also the property for affordable pool access for walk in guests. Reliable internet connection

no elevatorno shampoo/conditioner/soap at the bathroom (only dental kit can be found)the water pressure for the shower is weakthe place is loud/noisy during weekends since they have a live band performing, the rooms are not soundproofed

It’s a good location. Building is neat. Food are good.Staff are very polite.

Wifi is not working. Some TV channels as well.Our bathroom didn’t have bidet. Under sink door needs to be fixed. I hope there’s more food options for vegetarian/pescatarian.

Exceptional friendly staff, good food and spacious clean rooms made our stay wonderful. The hotel is directly located at the beach with some restaurants close by. Huge swimming pool available.
