Staff was good but rooms were not clean but location was good.

They were extremely helpful, we weren't happy with the room and they happily upgraded us. We were also able to deliver our orders from Amazon india to their address.

False advertising no restaurant in the site. Try to charge me more per stay contrary to booking .com contract. Cheap people.

There is no restaurant contrary to what is reported on your website. No arrangement for getting even tea or coffee when you wake up.

ac was not working and we paid for ac room.. finally after multiple requests the owner gave a 200 rs reduction as if he is giving a big discount and social service.. overall its not that great

The personnel was fastidious in charging, not enough effort in providing services. Wi-Fi not working some days, laundry service took 5 days

1. Good location. Walking distance to main ashram2. Clean rooms all basic amenities available. Friendly staff

1. The restaurant was under renovation so meals were not available on property. Plenty of options within walking distance.2. Only 1 lift in the building and it was small. Had to move luggage up and down in 3 trips3. Room and bathroom were decent size but they showed age

The environment was superb, the hosts were polite the location was near to ashram and the facilities were clean. Enjoyed our stay there, would recommend.

Nothing in particular, the restaurants were not open and unavailable. Fix it fast and it will make our stay more pleasant.

There was nothing to like no breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, dirty towels, dirty toilet, dirty room okay

1. The room was too small and there was no ventilation.2. There were no basic room facilities like a water boiler , AC was not working and the bathroom basin was in the room . 3. No availability of food when the Guest requires, only specific timings for order. ( Arrival time for guests can be any time so if they have a restaurant, it should operate 24x7 or at least 12 hrs in a day )4. The hotel was undergoing renovation.
