There is nothing I didn’t like about motel
It was dirty.... Cockroach and mosquitoes in the room. When informed the reception just one sorry. That's it. We're assigned wrong key card so there was hassle of back and forth to the reception. Overall ?
The hotel faces on to a bustling street, but my room was quiet and peaceful. The reception staff and house staff were friendly and helpful.
I couldn't work out how to use the television, but it was not something I missed.
Location
Being charged for extra pillows, Even though the booking was for 3 people, only 2 pillows.
Super soft and comfortable beds. Spacious room and nice and quiet even though located in a major highway.
The location is nearby the market and not far from the mall.
The only problem for me is the tv has no signal, can only watch a few channels (that mostly are shopping channels). Maybe the set top box need to be update.
I thought the staff were very kind and helpful and spoke English quite well.
To be honest there was nothing not to like, very comfortable special beds, lots of space in the rooms. very clean. really can’t complain!
The service of the staff is very bad that there are no customers in the room, can't blow the hair, call to inform that the housekeeper has gone back, there is no additional service, bad, should not stay in the hotel
Bad
Look good at outside but inside very terible. Everythings keep broken inside the room etc, tv, a hand held bidet. And bad services of staff. Even wifi also poor signal cant even really used. But one lucky that able to use is plug for charging moblie and shower. Never use this hotel again.
