The hotel rooms need to be updated in particularly the bathroom. Also, the room need to be vacuumed and mopped thoroughly.

The location was great to grab the shuttle train to Zermatt. The room was very clean and for the size it's perfect for a one night stay. The breakfast was really great to have before heading out. It was great to be able to park below the hotel and leave the car there for the day and grab it after being in Zermatt. There is a grocery store within a short walking distance as well.

The pillows could be a bit better. Once you put your head on them they become flat. Felt like sleeping on a piece of paper.

The shower tub drain was clogged.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location for taking the train to Zermatt, etc. we we ‘upgraded’ to a beautiful, spacious room in the newer area of the hotel. I was nervous that the proximity to the trains would disturb us but it quickly became background ‘white noise’. The breakfast was plentiful each morning, and the staff were very friendly. The underground parking was very easy to access

One of our windows did not latch well but we were able to secure it, and just did not open that one (it was open upon our arrival). Also, our shower did not drain well until we removed the plug completely. But the water was plenty hot and powerful!

We had a wonderful experience here. The location is perfect for travelers; being so close to public transport and a Coop supermarket was incredibly convenient. My boys loved and enjoyed the breakfast.​The highlight for me was the stunning scenery—it’s truly a beautiful spot to wake up in. To top it off, the staff were so welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again!

Proximity to Zermatt.

Room was small and old fashioned. Breakfast was ok.

The location was great, right across from the train station. Appreciated being able to store our bags in the luggage room when we arrived so we could do our hike and return in the evening to check in. The room was very clean and modern, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING! We were really impressed with this hotel and would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone going to Tasch/Zermatt area.

We were give a very nice large corner room . Clean and comfortable bed. Walking distance to the train station to Zermatt . And waived parking fee.

Comfortable hotel with great breakfast, super close to the train station for the ride to Zermatt. The room was large and cozy (we had a three person room). We enjoyed a nice hot soak in the big bathtub after a day of hiking in Zermatt.

Parking was fabulous and the Coop nearby super convenient. Lovely breakfast. Super close to train station to get into Zermatt.

Explanation about the two different buildings would have really helped. And the two different elevators served different buildings. My husband got seriously lost with all the luggage. A quick map and verbal walk thru would go a long way. And why do all the rooms start with 2 but are on 3 different floors? But the elevator has floors 2,3 and 4. Again...we had to.learn by getting lost and wandering.

I loved the staff and location!

My room was in an odd back hallway and the hall light was out…the staff fixed it later.

Absolutely perfect location for us as was near the train station (but no noise) very comfortable and the food in the evening was really lovely. Breakfast was ok

Bathroom ceiling was slanted (due to being on 4th floor). Tall people don’t fit well. There was sometimes a sound that was a cross between a jet engine and a fast rush of water (neighbor flushing toilet?), but it was very loud. No shampoo/conditioner provided.
