Cooks Endeavour Motor Inn - Near beach & Gold Coast Airport

The Motel is run down and needing updating but it was very clean and the staff were lovely.

I would have liked there to be Prime Video Netflix Stan etc. Somebody stole my parking spot to my room. We went out to Twin Towns Services Club to see a concert and when we reutrned back to the Motel my spot was gone and I had to park on the street. I was furious.

Expensive for a very basic room. Air conditioner very noisy

Great service from staff. Location of the property is fantastic, walking distance to shops and the beach. Although the weather was mild, we had AC in our room which was a really great system- super quiet so it doesn't disturb us sleeping.

On one side of the property, there is a public path between it and the petrol station. This could occasionally be the source of some noise in close proximity to our room. However, suspect this was only an issue for our particular room, and adjacent rooms.

Close walking distance to shops, cafes, beach. Free parking, bed was comfortable.

Staying 4 nights, would be good if room gets vacuumed after day 2 as well, not just a towel change. Note: As a female solo traveller, would probably recommend something closer to main street (beach) if you're keen on walking once dark and not travel by car everywhere.

Excellent value for a clean tidy room. We were going to a concert at Twin Towns and it was an easy walk. Bathroom modern, air-conditioning worked well

The modern refurbishment - both simplistic but also fresh. The floors as opposed to carpet made it feel cleaner.

The hotel owners were very nice and helped me to get to the motel at night time. The room was spacious and clean and I had a wonderful stay for the night.

The motel is old. It needs demolishing and not worth $195 per night which was removed from our credit card 2 days prior

Great location cap close to shops and short walk to beach

Didn’t like - there was a lot of stuff, rubbish, old bits of furniture around the property. Made the motel look junky, not pleasant having to walk around. The pool area in particular had a lot of rubbish outside the pool. Even a washing rack with clothes on drying.

Sheets weren't clean on the bed. There was a dead cockroach on the floor. We had 2 towels for 4 people. The TV didn't work.

Clean amenities, separated room for kids, nice bathroom, nice TV and internet.

Bed in spare room prevented door from closing

Location is excellent if going to Twin Towns for a show or night out. It's within walking distance

Perhaps a few more extras like scissors, flannels, green tea, - these are minor issues - on the whole very very good.

Close to food and beach. Very clean comfortable rooms.

Very quiet, parking was right at motel room door, the room was relatively soundproof from outside noise, the staff were available instantly and very accommodating indeed. The entire external of the property was constantly being monitored by the staff for cleanliness which was so attentive.

Lighting at night was to bright for sleeping. Needed night blinds on kitchen window to stop outside lights.
