The hotel was clean, it is a new hotel. It just opened tow weeks before my stay.

The staff was not very helpful, I scheduled for a ride back to the airport the night before my flight with their bus but they did not put my name on the list. The staff was rude and not willing to help me call a taxi or Uber.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was great! We had a family of 5 so had the larger room. Was great spacing. Room was great. It is close to the airport so why I chose it. I will use it again for sure.

This might have been a one off thing, but the one day I chose to eat breakfast there were a lot of people and hotel just could not keep up with the food. The food was ok. Just not enough of the croissants and pain au chocolat :-)

the dinner was a bit confusing about what is included and the service persons were not sure about it. However, the front desk staff took care of it and we did not have to pay (~70$ charge)

We had to leave at 5:45. I wish there had been a few breakfast items to pick up to go.

In the email, I got that said the shuttle started at five, but in actuality it didn’t start until 630

The property is very well located if you are visiting the exhibition grounds or have a quick transfer from CDG. Its clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and courteous

We didn't eat breakfast there because of the price. However, the staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we slept well. It is very close to CGD , and the navette was prompt coming and going. You have to reserve the navette to return to CDG. Very convenient.

. Breakfast was a bit steep. The staff failed to warn us that everything but the supermarkets are claosed Saturday morning. We had to walk to the mall which is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel, in order to get breakfast.

The smell of mold was very strong we complained but there were no attempts to make amends. My husband is a builder for hotels, banks etc. He even told the day manager that it was not ok to charge people to stay in that room.

Nice hotel near CDG Paris airport.Breakfast was very good.Roissy-en-France is a nice small city with nice walking area.It could be a good option for a stay in long connection without burning several hours traveling to Paris and back to CDG airport.

We understood from the property description there should be a shuttle service from the CDG airport to the hotel. Actually there was no shuttle waiting at the airport. It should be ordered in advance.

We had both supper and breakfast at the hotel. Both were very below average in taste. The breakfast items were limited. For the cost of the hotel I think these could be greatly improved

Family loft room was excellent. Travelling with 3 kids they all had their own space and the beds are solid and built into wall, they dont disturb each other when they get up and down. Have charging points and lights. Fantastic setup. Great kitchen and bathroom. Laundry facilities were excellent. There is the cutest village 10min walk away with a grocery, restaurant, pharmacy, and excellent patisserie

Our room was backed onto kitchen area. The doors to outside would shake the whole room every few minutes in the morning as they open and closed them, of course it was the one day I was trying to sleep in after weeks of travel.

Clean, inexpensive hotel 5 minutes walking from the small, charming town of Roissy. An excellent choice for an overnight stay before a flight from CDG.

Comfy Bed, nice hot showers, kindness to upgrade my room,, comped dinners were good, Very helpful & friendly staff. The musicians were very talented. Nice Breakfast buffet. Rooms were very quiet for sleeping.

The hair dryer button was very hard to push & hold to keep it on.

comfortable, our room was on the ground floor and was accessible from parking lot, we stayed for one nigth to catch our plane the next morning, we had 4 kids with us so the room slept all 6 of us plus a baby, we ordered meals from the restaurant and they were top notch (our server provided excellent service). Lots of surfaces to rest stuff in the room and bathroom. our grandkids enjoyed the games room. we did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment. we would definitely stay there again

Close to the airport. Rooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Meals served in the restaurant were reasonably priced for the area and the food was good.

The staff although quite friendly and accommodating, for the most part, seemed to either be understaffed for the night or dealing with some unexpected issue. This impacted the restaurant service more than the registration, however staff from both seem to work from one extended bar area. Service appeared rather unorganized and therefore not efficient or quick.

Great breakfast with something for everyone in the family. Location was good, walkable in 10 minutes to Roissy's main town but a little out of the way. Very easy to get to and from CDG airport.

My only complaint is that my kids liked the bunk beds so much that they wouldn't go to sleep and we had to get up for an early flight!

This was a great hotel to arrive at after travelling. Comfortable, very clean, plenty of space, and a modern, relatively large bathroom. We didn't really have time to use the small kitche but we could easily have made breakfast or lunch there. Staff very welcoming, spoke good English. Easy to find for taxi and not far from airport. All in all, a great option.

Nothing really negative to say, although we didn't regret not paying for breakfast as this didn't look particularly good value for money - but, as I say, we didn't actually try it.

I loved the staff, Danni at the bar was a great guy. The rooms are comfortable.

The Airconditioning wasn't so good. It was a bit warm in the room, we had to open the windows.

This was a terrific airport hotel! It's even within walking distance of the town and a selection of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was stylishly decorated...including a cool selection of books. Plus, it's within a 10-minute drive of the airport. This was our 4th Appart property that we stayed in on our trip and I highly recommend this and all the other properties.
