I loved the location, the staff was great and accommodating. The pool was always prepped with towels,menus and heated on cool days.

I wished they had a better food options. Breakfast was subpar. You’ll definitely be able to find something to eat on the menu but it could have more food tailored to the tourist.

excellent breakfast and views from the pool. the hotel upgraded as and the room was modern and tidy and really nice with a terrace, which had an amazing view as well. overall great experience. the staff was super nice and treated us with a lot of respect, customer service was amazing

we are satisfied with everything, a little bit further from mykonos town (rent a car if you can) but views were amazing and by car it's really close (5-10 minutes)

Staff were amazingly friendly, especially towards our baby. Location overlooking the bay was also lovely.

My wife ended up with over 60 mosquito bites on her legs, despite using plug in repellents. Every morning she would wake up with more. Thankfully we used a mosquito net for our baby and he was fine.

This place was beautiful, my friend and I used this to relax and unwind, we didn’t leave, spent the whole day swimming, the staff and facilities were exceptional I highly recommend.

The property has a great view as its situated on a hill overlooking the bay and it particularly stunning at night. We got upgraded to a room with a private pool that was lovely. Some of the staff like Kristian, Claudio and Sofia were great! Check in was a breeze with a welcome drink and snacks served by the pool. The pool area is the big selling point, heated pool with days beds and cabanas around with a great view. The restaurant was also pretty good for dinner.

For a luxury resort there were some issues. Firstly, the AC in the master bedroom of our suite was not working which is not ideal for a property of this level (they gave us a fan to use and offer to wave the fee of one way of of shuttle to the airport but still not great). Speaking of which, airport/port transfers are 40 euro per way, most resorts in this range offer complimentary shuttles as part of their rates so this was disappointing. There is some wear and tear in the bathrooms (peeling on doors and rust on the light fixtures). Also they were very inflexible with late checkout given our flight wasn't until 5pm - this was in October at the end of the seasons so very surprising - again something we have not had an issue with at other Greek resorts.

The hotel manager (Sofia if I remember correct) was very helpful and attentive. Facilities were excellent. Room (we received a free upgrade) had a nice view. They also helped us on airport transfer (with an additional payment). Overall it was a relaxing stay with a lot of positives.

Nothing major. May be the hotel was slightly off from the main attractions and you need a vehicle if you are planning on travelling back and forth. Best option is to rent an ATV which will be really helpful if you are to travel within the island (regardless of where you stay), which we did.

Staff were courteous & very accommodating. Overall property was lovely. Food was amazing also.

A bit far from Mykonos town which wouldn’t have been horrible but transfer to town is 30 - 40 euro so very expensive

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with delicious food. The hotel's design is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were incredibly hospitable, accommodating, polite, and always willing to help. Their service truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Another great perk was the car rental service they offer. The car rental company comes directly to the hotel and brings the car and contract right to your door, which was incredibly convenient.Overall, this hotel provides a luxurious and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

First we had a suite it was on top of the hill, the only minor thing is we had to call to be picked up to go downstairs. And with the driving, you had to get used to going up a high hill. But after a day you get used to it. All fairness the staff also picks you up within minutes, give you a mobile phone you can use at any time. So the service/staff were great, very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. After my sister left, I had another room. This was was close to the hotel, I really enjoyed that one even more. Great rooms. A bit expensive, but that’s Mykonos in general.

Everything was perfect. Location is 15 mins drive to all popular beaches and places, it is also a short drive to the old town. Room and hotel facilities and details are all on point. Breakfast was excellent! The staff is all friendly and great. Philip especially was great!

This is my second time at the hotel. They've increased the number of rooms, and the service has completely changed. We didn’t receive a welcome wine, and the hotel corridors were smelling like sewage. We also experienced two water outages during our stay.

Lovely Suites & Villas hotel overlooking the city of Chora with its iconic 16th century windmills and some of the largest yachts in the world mooring off the old port. Pros: 15-20 min car drive from/to the Little Venice district with its picturesque touristic alleys, seafront restaurants and nightlife (Moni, Negrita, etc.). The shared pool is spotless and the sunbeds always available and patrolled by extremely kind personnel ready to serve you fresh drinks. Overall I consider it a great location to discover the island for couples who want to enjoy Mykonos entertainment but also relax away from the touristic noise.

Cons: In case you are chasing sunset views mind that you won’t be able to get them directly off your villa room. The suites hotel offers transfer van, restaurant with great international and Greek food selection. I would suggest the management to refurbish and relocate the gym to a bigger area as currently it gives closet vibes and required our manual ac activation plus most of the equipment appears old and not well maintained.

Hotel is so beautiful, with a lovely pool area and peaceful atmosphere! The staff was very polite and friendly and they did everything to make you feel welcome and happy. The food was very good and the breakfast was by far the best I’ve ever had in any hotel! We loved our stay here!
