Once in Mykonos - Designed for Adults

The location is surreal. Beautiful picturesque bay, amazing grounds, staff that were so attentive and went above and beyond. Rooms and pool area so comfortable we had a hard time leaving the grounds to explore the island.

The only small thing is more of a personal preference. I would have liked the mattress to be softer, but that’s my preference. I noticed in Europe most hotel beds are on the firmer side.

Best breakfast I had in any Hotel ever, Michael the head of F&B is a perfectionist with his excellent service and Kitchen staff. Bed sheets and pillows were excellent as well.

Exceptional service, facilities and accommodations. Breathtaking views over Ornos Beach from the room, breakfast area and pool. Loved the salt water pool. Comfortable beds, black out curtains and spacious rooms, lovely touches with the night cap desserts. Fantastic breakfast spread and restaurant/bar.

Too many stairs in the hotel. The room wasn't cleaned properly, and towels were rarely changed. They left an empty coffee mug in the room for 2 days.No noise cancellation, you can hear everything outside.

Lovely, hard working staff who go out of their way to make your stay special. The front desk team are amazing, always ready on WhatsApp or in person to give great recommendations or make bookings. Excellent buggy service down to the street. Great partnership with a local yoga teacher for private and group lessons. Beautiful pool and dining areas with surely the best views in Ornos Bay.

For a 5 star hotel, the rooms and patios can feel a little underwhelming and already tired despite the hotel being only a few years old. Everything extra is expensive, but that’s Mykonos!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately set the tone for our entire vacation. The location of the hotel is fantastic — nestled in a peaceful part of the island, yet only a short drive away from the bustling Mykonos town and beautiful beaches.One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast spread each morning. Whether you prefer traditional Greek delicacies or classic international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It truly made for the perfect start to our day!The staff at Once in Mykonos deserve special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. However, I must give a particular shout-out to Tatiana, who was absolutely exceptional. Her service was personal, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive — she truly made our stay unforgettable. Tatiana’s warmth, helpful recommendations, and attention to detail elevated our experience to a whole new level. She is a true asset to the hotel.Overall, Once in Mykonos exceeded all our expectations. The combination of the prime location, amazing breakfast, and genuinely kind staff made our time here feel magical. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent place to relax and take in the beauty of the island - location, pool, service and food are what make it.

The staff was exceptional, starting with Yiannis and Tatiana at the front desk, Michalis and his magnificent team at the restaurant, and Vassilis, Panagiotis, and the bar staff. The lifeguard was attentive and always willing to help. The drivers were consistently polite, punctual, and friendly. The freshly squeezed orange juice and breakfast each morning was excellent.

The pool area had a gorgeous setup, but unfortunately, the water was too cold for a comfortable swim. The gym, though very small, served its purpose. However, the treadmill was out of service for the entire duration of our stay.

Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived, would love to be back at once in mykonos. Yiannis and Michalis were extremely helpful and took care of every need we asked. The pool, the bar, the breakfast, everything was amazing!

Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect. Staff is very, very friendly and kind.

overall hotel ambience, aesthetic and service team exceeded expectations. We had the two room villa which was perfect for two couples, or would suit a family. Hotel is right on the Marina so is a perfect location if you're having a boat day and so close to Buddha Bar if you're wanting to have the best night out ever! Hotel organised taxis' to get in and out of two which was around $40euro each way.

The Hotel Once in Mykonos is absolutely the best choice if you're looking to relax, standing apart from other hotels that are more focused on parties. The biggest strength of this hotel is its people. From Tatiana at the reception to Melissa at the restaurant, the staff truly makes you feel welcome. Thank you once again to everyone; we will definitely come back.

One area for improvement is the shuttle service to Mykonos. Enhancing this aspect would significantly improve the overall experience, as the drivers currently do not match the exceptional level of service provided by the hotel staff.

the location was perfect and was exactly what we needed. The staff is amiable, I am so sorry I don't remember the names but the guy from reception who made our check-in was very friendly and hands-on with our needs, and the pool bartender during the evening time. We had a great time in Mykonos!

As everywhere there is room for improvement but nothing worth mentioning.

Modern and clean situated in a great location with stunning views of Ormos bay

Limited snack/food options during the day and the cost of food in the restaurant was excessive. Hardly anyone uses the restaurant during our 9 night stay with everyone saying things like great location but food too expensive !!!

The view, the room, the facilities, the pool, the breakfast, the location and the staff were excellent.
