Everything apart from AC. Rooms were big and clean. Food was good.

My experience was really badWhen I entered the hotel the front desk guy was really rude, then there was no one to assist, just handed over the keys of the room. I was looking for the room on my own with my luggage and bags, also after getting id proof, they clicked pictures of us with there computer cameras, which is fine I didn’t mind but was bit weird. After getting inside the room. The room was really small and sheets were smelling, washroom water pressure was really low and shower was not working well, then I ordered food, the food was okay as I ordered sandwiches which had no cheese init. I didn’t want to complain bcoz my whole mood was off and the room service guys were asking for payment right after food was handed over to us. So I didn’t question that too. While checking out no formality nothing. They also asked for the room charges right before entering the room. There treatment was like as if we will run away after staying and ordering food. We didn’t even wait for breakfast, right after we woke up we just checked out from hotel. My whole experience was bad in-fact terribleWill never visit again even if they ask us to visit for free

The hotel is clean but room on the cozier side, not large. Lighting arrangement could be improved. Stuff helpful. Food good, albeit limited options. But breakfast is actually not buffet! It was included in our package. It seemed in the morning they put items out, but these are not replenished. You will not go hungry though. They will serve you as per your order and as much as you want.We went to Noida for work. The hotel served our purpose. However, to catch auto you have to walk some 10-12 minutes.

Poorly lite entrance, no security check at entrance, no checking of temp, no way of sanitising hands, no one to receive the luggage. Totally unorganised place. I think booking.com team should also visit n verify such hotels, before listing.

I like everything there, the staff, services, behaviour of every staff with good food quality and great staying. Comfortable stay☺️

I did'nt like .One incidance ie very bad ,That you provided the extra water in the bottles used by other customers .In the regime of Covid , it is very dangerous .You should provide the extra selaed water bottles. Also on query i made to the room service, he told me to provide the fresh sealed bottle , but never reached to the room inspite of reminder.

Hide away suites is the best place for people who love peace and looking for a luxury place to spend some time. I stayed there for one day and it was the best experience I must say. The staff members were very supportive and service also very fast. Their mouth watering delicious meal is still in my mind. Must recommend ????

Liked the service, staff is so supportive and cordination was very good, they are really fantastic in making your stay so comfortable and arrangments were upto the mark. I like the behaviour of Mr Vishnu and Satpal ji both were so responsive in terms of every single service. I really like the location so relaxed and peaceful stay. I recommend this property for stay and for good party with amazing decoration options, they guys are so good in arranging things for you. Really happy with the services.
