Super Townhouse Crystal Leaf

Real Property name is not the one which is showing here. Real name is Red Rox something Nothing

The receptionist denied the checking on booking.com price asked for extra money. After that room was very small and old fashion, AC was not workingOver all was not worthy enough to spend time there

Worst Experience -Poor Management and service - Avoid!

Horrible Experience. All the ratings are fake. If you are travelling for business don't book this property. The images shown on booking.com will not match the property images. They are fake and the hotel guys were laughing after seeing the property images listed on booking.com, asking me "Yeh hotel humara hai?" Rooms won't be cleaned, location is not great- no nearby amenities. Truly the worst experience ever!!

Location, and Shape of the building

Staffs, Extra Payments for No Reasons, Dirty Bed Sheets, and Mosquitos.... Charging High for worst services.

A peaceful and well-maintained room made the stay lovely. Staff was always approachable and kind.

Budget friendly and very easy to locate. Service staff is well behaved. Good for longer stays with lagre number of people.

The hotel was excellent with good facilities. They gave us all the facilities as mention in website. The room was good ,neat and clean and excellent staff and food was really awesome.

The hotel is at a great location, and is very neat and clean. The building and decor is a bit outdated but it is a great value for money. Staff is courteous and provides prompt service.

It is one of the best hotel to stay in the budget... Comfortable room, nice place, big & spacious property,

Stay was superb. Room was clean. Very easy check-in, cooperative staff, clean rooms. Really a very good Hotel.

very bad

i had booked through your app but the person at the reception said he will not accept the rates on the app. Had a lot of inconvenience. You should look into that

Initially, Receptionist asked for more money ? and denied for the checkin. Unfortunately we paid more then double as per booking charge.Hotel name everything is changed. While raining huge water coming from cracked window. All the staff's are unprofessional

Nothing to like anything there.

Hotel is fraud and scam. They didn't given me check in and demanded more money to stay. This hotel don't deserve to be in the online hotel chain

It was clean room.

Property ppl asked me more money provided me smallest staff room to occupy. Someone knocked at door at 3am though i didnt open. They denied me checkin and then made me wait for more than hour in lobby as room was low price booked. And asked me to speak to booking.com even at time of checkout again asked me to pay and i spoke to booking.com and they resolved the matter finally. Because i wasted my 3hrs just to speak here and thr and sort this. They experience went rough

No business ethics, misguiding info on platforms they listed on,not customer centric,

Worst experience, didn't allow into hotel even after confirmed booking, said price on portal was not same as what we give rooms for, if hotel don't want to do business online why the have listed there hotel on platform at low rate better they conduct there business offline. Worst experience.
