Having a nice view to the beach & big swimming pool, staff are friendly, and there is so many cats around you when you having breakfast

we came in a wrong timing & missed chance to have a green padi view surrounded the kubu beach area

Can be more fruits. Like mango, dragon fruit durian. Ot os local fruits why do not offer and not support locals.Not related to hotel but difficult to find where to eat. In hotel bad restorant as we read in comments, for this reason we didn't even try. Pizza in photo is not looking good.

The pool, rooms, and beach are clean. The staff is also humble.

The gym spot, because it's just a little gym's equipment, and the space is small.

The property was small and quaint. Very beautifully decorated. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bathroom glass on the top of the wall was open to the outside, so the mosquito kept coming in through; also can hear the talking sound coming from next door! The toilet is not working properly so we have trouble getting it flush completely— we can’t use toilet the whole night! It’s really bad and wasted a lot of time trying to flush toilet!!

Location is very nice, just affront the sea. Beautiful pool, cosy rooms, very clean area. Every evening life music, swing, lotus lake, sunset….Perfect hotel in Lovina

A beautiful spot nestled between the beach and rice fields. Fantastic service and a tranquil atmosphere . Food was great.

It was a pleasant and memorable stay, thanks to the smooth Wi-Fi throughout the resort and the delicious food served in the restaurant. The views are undeniable they're very peaceful and relaxing, especially in the evening. I really enjoyed my deluxe twin room, as it was clean and tidy, and I also enjoyed the beautiful views throughout my stay at Lovina Beach Club & Resort!

The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, the staff is friendly. The road to the room is quite far because it is closed and there is a change in the path, where it used to be passable. Breakfast varies every day. One of the attractions used to be free snorkeling and now there is no free snorkeling anymore.

The Air conditioning did not work. It was not fixed and we were not offered another room.

The location and the club. Its beautiful. It has rice field on the side and sea and beach at at back of the hotel.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice with an awesome shower. Food was good with plenty of choice for breakfast.

The pillows on the bed too high and only 2 in the room. There should be more with low pillows.

The view was amazing. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Hot water was great and stable. Quiet area over looking the ocean.

Negative Experiences1. Dolphin Excursion: Manipulation, Deception, and DisappointmentMy experience with the dolphin excursion organized by the hotel was extremely distressing, filled with manipulation and a profound sense of being deceived.•Price Manipulation: I initially inquired about the group tour advertised at 125,000 IDR per person. The reception staff informed me that two other guests were interested, but later claimed these individuals opted for a private boat. This created a scenario where I felt compelled to book a private boat at 500,000 IDR, as I had no other option for that morning.•Deceptive Documentation: Late in the evening, in a poorly lit reception area, I was handed a document to sign without any explanation. Exhausted from the day's activities, I couldn't read the content properly. It was later revealed that this document stated the hotel doesn't guarantee dolphin sightings. This felt like a deliberate tactic to absolve themselves of responsibility after securing payment.•Unprofessional and Unsafe Conduct: The captain arrived late and exhibited unprofessional behavior from the outset. He didn't introduce himself or inquire about my name, which is crucial for safety at sea. He smoked, and upon my request to stop, he retorted, "All Balinese captains smoke," dismissing my concerns.•Chaotic and Unfulfilling Excursion: We departed late, arriving at a spot crowded with approximately 25 boats. The scene was chaotic; at the rare sight of a dolphin fin, boats would aggressively converge, accompanied by loud shouts from tourists. This commotion naturally scared the dolphins away. The captain was disengaged, occupied with his phone, and offered no information or assistance, making the experience feel like a commercialized trap rather than a genuine wildlife encounter.•Hostile Response to Feedback: When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the captain responded aggressively, ,displaying a blatant lack of customer care.

The staff was very accomodating. They understand the situation and let us checked in 40 minutes earlier than the check in time. Lovely view while we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Even for pool towel u have limit to 2 per room… u can’t ask for replacement if u want a new one.We checked in at 12midnight and did ask whether can v check out 30minutes later as v were worried v won’t be able to be back before check out, but despite tat they said can’t. I’ve travelled to many countries and so many 5 stars hotels were okay with us checking out 1-2 hours late but they can’t even accommodate for 30mins

The hotel room is very clean (which is the most important aspect for me), big room and spacious bathroom toilet as well. Beachfront with big swimming pool is really value added. The receptionist staff are very helpful, especially when discussing about the Dolphin Tour (for the next morning).

The price of the food and rinks at the restaurant, a bit overprice (can be subjective) of course, and although it's a beachfront restaurant, may consider special discount rate for those staying in the hotel.
