Puri Bali Hotel

Very poorly maintained. Mold. Wall paper coming off the walls. No hot water. Blankets small and thin.

The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Very convenient and comfortable, we would happily stay here again.

The staff were great and very helpful. The grounds and pool area are just lovely + the staff obviously work hard to keep them looking this way. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. The fruit was perfectly ripe and so fresh. The eggs were amazing. Best of all I ordered a cup of ginger tea which was delicious. I saw one of the kitchen ladies pick the ginger out of the garden to make my tea! Incredible. Very conveniently located with shops and restaurants everywhere.

Bear in mind you only get what you pay for. The room is basic. Bed not too bad. I found it very dark during the day + couldn't even read a book. My room didn't appear to have hot water.

Quiet, clean with good facilities

I just liked it, the swimming in the pool, the kind small garden around, the restaurant, the personal. Everything was just good. Would recommend to everyone.

Very nice outdoor area, great pool and lounge area surrounding. Rooms were clean, area was perfect. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Food options were limited and not very good, ended up eating out across the street instead. Bed not very comfortable, toilet right next to the shower which I know is common in Bali but a bit annoying that it got soaked whenever we showered b

The hotel is very close to the ocean, with a large, 3 department swimming pool. The rooms differ, but my delux room was absolutely lovely, with view over the pool and the garden. The garden was very beautiful too, well caretaken and with plenty of place and plants. The stuff was always kind and supporting. The breakfast pancake was best here. I warmly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet, comfy place to stay at.

Excellent helpful front staff.. organised boat trip to the dolphins and transport for us quickly .Clean comfortable room with good facilities.. great swimming pool and garden setting well maintained by dedicated ground staff. Cold beer and good breakfast..

There is nothing as complementary- no tea or coffee set in the room, no toiletries - only tissues available , even there is no mosquito coil gadget, no tooth paste , no tooth brush ,Except tissue there was nothing

Staff were kind and very efficient, we arrived late to hotel and there were no problems booking us in to rooms.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff are helpful and speak English. The pool is great with comfortable sun loungers. The restaurant was great for breakfast or other meals. It's super close to the beach and other restaurants or massage.

* The hotel is good from price point, * Location is also good - walkable distance to good restaurants. * The Pool quality was good. We found the pool in good condition. * Kettle was provided. Stand to dry clothes are provided in each room. * Ketut at reception was very helpful.

* Our room seemed to have some smell of humidity. * Hygiene could be little better. e.g. Kettle had a white, chalky layer of limescale. Bathroom could be more maintained. * AC struggled to cool the room.

Good Location. Staff were helpful.

First room we got was dark, dirty & bathroom door handle nearly fell off in my hand. Staff got us another room that was better but the sheets were stained & the top sheet was so thin I could almost poke my finger through it. Pool had unsafe missing tiles in the steps. Every time we walked past the kitchen the same staff were eating whilst cutting up food for guests. Not a good look.

Love this place. Great location, close to the beach, massages and restaurants. They rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is really good with several choices. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. You can sit by the pool and order food and drinks via whatsapp. Great value for money.

A fan would have been better as it was hot.And a kettle inside the room would have really helped.

The staff are not approachable, rude in fact!No towels in the room so had to ask, no pool towels an available. Broken pool tiles which was dangerous, friend cut himself on them whilst saving a baby who’s parents where not watching, she almost drowned. Similar happened the next day with anther family! Breakfast was rubbish.Garden was nice

The staffs are nice and very helpful. It is in a good location, close to the beach. Wide room and pretty clean. The foods are tasty and well served.However, we experienced few electricity problem. The power went off several times. The Lamps in the bathroom are a bit dim and we just got thin bed sheets instead of proper blankets.
