Highly recommend this hotel. Basic facilities and very clean, it has everything you need. Nice property, very quiet and peaceful. Lovely staff. Decent food in the restaurant beside the pool. Exceptional value for money.

Nothing. We were completely satisfied.

Location was the highlight - close to many things and yet set far enough back from the road to not have too much traffic noise. Lovely view of the rice fields and the hills.

it is my first time to experience logging on to the internet everytime I re-started my computer.

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool and the location. Close by you have restaurants and the Lovina beach to make the tour to swim with the dolphins.

This hotel has everything to be great, but it isn't. Since the moment we arrived at the room there was this horrible smell coming from the bathroom, that for you to have an idea, the smell was so bad and so intense that our clothes and snorkeling mask kept it for days!! Also there was no cleanliness at all of the toilet itself and there was some red sauce on the mirror. Absolutely disgusting at a point that we had to ask to clean it "again". On top of this the staff was not comprehensive, and the breakfast was very very insufficient, no variety, no flexibility to adapt the juices nor anything.

The location was great. The pool was nice. The rooms look big and spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The staff couldn’t really speak English and the room was not very clean. There was hair everywhere, heaps of dust and even clothes and toiletries from previous guests.

Disappointing

I have already book the hotel early a month and is fully paid. But in the day I stay, the hotel change me to another hotel with the same host but I didn’t receive any email, message or phone call. It was very terrible. ?

location is very good for dophin watching. Walking distance.Staffs are nice.

towels aren't too clean.

Although not beachfront it was a good location within a few minutes walk from dolphin statue which is very pretty much the hub of the beach area. Also close to a variety of warungs, resto's and mini marts etc. Staff friendly and speak enough English to get your point across. Linen changed daily. Room very clean a little bleach around the grout and edges of the bathroom wouldn'tgo astray.Pool very clean.

All in all pretty good. Food fairly basic at on-site restaurant but others close. Could do with a few more sun lounges for when the place is busy. Check the back door of room is locked after cleaning. Found it unlocked 2 or 3 times over 7 days.

Comfortable beds and good size room.

Breakfast not enough, omelette I had was very small kid size, not much choice, shower was not much pressure.

Nice new accomodation with friendly staff, big breakfast, pleasant stay, swimming pool with free sunbeds and towels. Fantastic place for watching sunset

It was unpleasant that we had to sign up repeatedly to WiFi, but WiFi was free. The Lovina beach is not very nice.

The property located in a good area and close to the lovina beach (we drive), all of the staffs are very friendly and the room is more than we expected.And the most importantly, clean ?

Great location close to Lovina dolphins to stay for one night. Cheap to stay, but I rather pay a little more next time to have a cleaner hotel.

Bathroom was not that clean. One room had 2 mattresses the other one a mattres wich was really hard. Its cheap so I can't expect more probably, but a good clean could fix alot.

Spacious room, in the main road, huge parking area, very clean and well maintain for the landscape, balcony on both side front and back area

Rooms were clean and had a fridge, bathrooms were in good condition. No mould at all. Location was good, close to the beach and supermarket. The restaurant at the front of the hotel was very yummy (seperate from the hotel).

The pool needed additional attention while we were there. Could have done with some clarifier and more chlorine.

Great location right near the beach, very comfy and spacious room with a great outdoor patio space. Staff are absolutely amazing, so kind and caring and do the most to ensure you have an excellent stay :)

Our flush didn’t work properly, but was fixed very quickly by the staff when I mentioned it.

Rooms were huge which was great! Beautiful location with small rice paddies near by. Short walk to everything you need plus an awesome supermarket near by!

Restaurant had good food but sometimes the service was lacking and a little dirty. Hard to get cold water there. But again close to other places for food and drink.

The room was very spacious and sparkling clean. This was wonderful after a few days of slightly less clean accommodation and space. Bathroom with both shower and bath. Lovely thick white towels. Very comfortable bed and large size, not short. Well-functioning air conditioning. Fast check-in and out! tip: try the authentic “green (pan)cake” LakLak next door.
