There was a party going on and the music was too loud, but other than that, it was amazing.

The pool area was nice and a great selection for breakfast.

The rooms were very noisy. You could hear next door rooms conversation very easily and we had a crying baby next door. The exterior looks like it could do with some paint and for the price I would expect tea/coffee in the room

I asked for coffee in the room but they didnt gave us. The pool is small and crowded. The hotel didnt told us that we need to buy head caps to swim. We had to buy them for all the family. For 2 hours only. There is nothing to do on the hotel no entertaiment we had to go out as it was bored.. In the room the balcony full of rust and all you see a big tree infront of your face. No table and chairs to sit in the balcony to have a drinlk and sigarett .

The staff were helpful and friendly. Evening meals were delicious. We didn't use the pool and gym so we can't rate them.Id recommend staying here

Location was decent in comparison to My Etna and other favorable destinations. There were two staff members that were incredibly kind, professional, and went out of their way. The gentleman who works at the bar and a young lady with lighter hair at breakfast.

The rooms are advertised with air conditioning, this was not the case for the roomWe were given. We asked the front desk three times about it, and they stated, “we will have it looked at”. When we came back into the room, the air conditioner was blowing once again hot air. Thai made sleeping unbearable. We were able yo open the doors, but at night, the traffic of the busy street was filled with horns beeping and loud cards. We all had to attempt to “sleep” in our beds with no sheets. 2/3 of the nights we heard loud adults and children screaming and running down the halls at 1030-11pm. Even though we have kids, this was unacceptable behavior. room was not in the condition that could be classified as 4 star. More like 3. We will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, our room was spacious, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast is better than most places in Sicily, as there is a good balance between savoury and sweets. When asking about the possibility of a late checkout, we were told we could check out an hour later at no additional cost!

Distance to the venue and location. Plenty of parking at the hotel Clean and plenty of breakfast options.

The hvac it's centralized do the thermostats in the room are just for looks. Kings size beds are to twin beds made up beside each other very uncomfortable to sleep in because they come apart

Good value. Very very spacious room. Good amenities (slippers, bathrobe etc). Staff was friendly.

Shower drain was not good. Wifi was weird: connection must be made in lobby, then it was also connected in room. If it was not connected at lobby, it did not connect in room. Pillows were not a bit too thin and weak.

We had a dinner at the restaurant and it was very good.

The air conditioning is too noisy and too cold.We did the check in at 21.00 cause we came by ship from Corfu and then I had to drive from Bari.When I asked about the pool the receptionist told if I use the pool after 11.00 I have to pay extra.

The pool was nice , except for the fact that you had to wear a bathing cap ! Who does that

Location was not nice , nothing around the area to do ! One of the front receptionist was very very rude !

The room was spacious and very clean. The property and location were also great. The staff was pleasant. Didn't have an opportunity to try the dining room, lounge or the pool. It was great having breakfast available every morning. There was a lot of options, pastries, fresh fruit etc.

There isn't much I didn't like except that breakfast each morning was the same choices.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is very clean throughout and staff were very helpful. Excellent hotel if you need a place just outside catania

I didn’t like the fact we had to swim with a swimming cap on. And the room wasn’t the cleanest the terrace was so dusty all five days not once did they sweep it.

The room was big and comfortable. Clean and with all facilities.The breakfast had a huge variety of food.The pool was beautiful, food only till 4pm.

I did not like the fact that the pool cloSes at 6pm.

The restaurant didnt have a great selection, plus what was listed on the menu that we wanted for dessert was missing on all 4 nights. the last night we ordered another dessert which was put on our plate in a plastic tub (clearly bought from a supermarket) and not freshly made, was also still frozen. Also the indoor pool was not included in the price and came with additional costs, also children could only swim in the mornings, the main reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool for the kids. Late check out is also €30 per hour which i think is very pricey, overall, average stay and have stayed in much better 4* hotels

Beautiful surroundings and garden, pool, spa facilities, working air conditioning in the room.

Parking spot on property not guaranteed but we always found one every day the Italian way :)

Enjoyable stay, very clean and tide

On the last night the AC stopped working and it was very difficult to sleep.

The location and comfort, breakfast was exceptional

In the weekend it's hard to park and to relax by the pool as non residents come to use the pool with children and therefore can become rather crowded and noisy.

Quite nice hotel with SPA and swimming pool close to centre of the city and close to Etna.

It seems that hotel has some years.They should to paint or renovate a bit.
