Close to the beach

Staff behavior: both guys: receptionist and the security could have behaved better. Felt that they were not polite enough. The property was stinking at certain times. We had to park our car near stinking garbage bags. The buildings and rooms seemed shabby and worn down. Finesse missing.

Excellent location is the main highlight of this property, It is bang on the beach and it's restaurant The Last Shack is very good. The quality of food really needs appreciation.

Wifi connectivity can be better. Room service needs to be improved.

The staffs are humble and kind . especially Mr. Prajesh (front desk ) is so kind

We had a great stay at the property . It was exactly how it was shown , the location is amazing with just few steps you are right on the beach , breakfast served daily was great and right on there shack overlooking the ocean . The reception , housekeeping and team was very prompt and polite with all basic requirements. The swimming pool is well maintained . I recommend and definitely would be our first choice while returning back to Morjim .

Location, pretty nice exterior.

The staff at the welcoming and leaving. We booked a room with separate beds but it was not available. We had to argue to make the staff prepare us the room with two separate beds. When leaving the receptionist didn’t let us take shower at swimming pool exterior shower / or use the exterior space to wait for our taxi.. the hotel needs renovation.

Great location??

The manager wasn’t there at 10 pm when we arrived and the guard who doesn’t speak any English tried to check us in. Strong fungus smell stayed in each room, once it was unlocked, crowd at the pool didn’t let sleep at nights like it was their private property. Otherwise, great understanding stuff who will let you do late check out for only 4000 INR

Well this property needs serious upgrade. From firniture to sheets, and a bit more client oriented service.

The location of the property was excellent. The beach was easily accessible. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. They have a restaurant right at the beach where you could have decent food facing the sea. I found the staff to be courteous and unintrusive, which is to my liking.

It is a just-alright stay, nothing luxury. One thing that concerned me was that I walked up to a different room accidentally an tried the key, it unlocked! Throughout the stay I was worried my room could be unlocked by any other key as well. Also, there wasn't a physical latch either on the door, which made me feel unsafe as a solo female traveller. Also, not very concerning, but it could be a nicer touch if some of the many lights in the room could be fitted with smaller lights. Since all of the lights were bright white lights, there wasn't a smaller light you could keep switched on during the night.

Location was excellent. Room good but a little in need of upgrade.

Reception staff...not sure if it was hotel or booking.com to blame but we were shown a room in a block rather than the deluxe cottage we had paid extra to stay in. Spent twenty minutes arguing with reception about the booking. Eventually we were offered room we had booked but not a great start

The property is close to the beach so very accessible, swimming pool is also there where you can enjoy till 10pm. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is an ayurvedic massage done by specialist and thats really nice and magical all your body pain goes away. Recommended for IT people to relieve their stress

Proximity to the beach. Affordable.

The furnitures were dusty. Mattresses could have been better. Hard time sleeping . Service at the restaurant was slow. Breakfast Buffet was okay.

We only stayed one night, but it is centrally located within Morjim.

Bedsheets damp and itchy, bathroom smelt awful, the pool was tiny and had things floating in it.

Nice ambience, good location and its in the beach itself. Staffs are friendly. Garden, pool and all neatly maintained.

The location if you are looking for peace. The pool is small but is good . The deluxe room is good

Food service is slow... It took 1 hour for him to get 1 Paratha(dine in) and when i asked for plates in room the next day, he said dishwasher is not here and plates won't be possible... Staff is rude... Rooms have Smell of fungi.. Linen is not clean

Always try to get more money inspite of mentioning special discounts.

The resort is in a nice remote location in front of the beach. The facilities were decent and the stay was comfortable. Swimming pool was also well maintained. The staffs were good and accomodating.

The restaurant - They have a restaurant facing the beach. The food was miserable. On the first day itself, after trying different dishes, we decided not to have food from there further during the trip. However, decided to give it one more try on the day before checkout. The result was same. We, as a family, did not enjoy a single item. The price was too high considering the quality and taste.Only, things which we liked about the restaurant was the view from there and the service by the room service guy.
