Papa Jolly Eco Resort-Near Morjim Beach

We've got a big room with a balcony, it had a nice view on the garden

Rooms are old, not clean, we stayed for 5 days and the staff never came to clean the room or to collect garbage. Pillows have mould and fungus, twice giant roaches were found in our room. On the first day I went to the "restaurant" to take a spoon and a bowl to prepare an instant food for my baby, saw a kitchen and the condition of cutlery storage, decided to never go there again even tho I had breakfast included in my booking. Not a good value for its money, but its an overall problem in Morjim - you will not get a decent clean hotel in the Indian fishermen village, they simply have different standards on what is clean.

the breakfast menu was the same as it was in OCt2020. but the prices were tripled

the price are increased by 3 times but everything remained the same. We regret our stay this time. the Bed metrss was pathetic. there were not proper facilities no clean pool either. the staff was the good part, Raju and Kishan did their best they could.

Quiet area, nice staff. Just 3 mins to the beach.

Room are nice and bathrooms have good space. The food was amazing and pool side is beautiful. Near by beach, Lovely property.

In the room you feel like at home, very comfortable, antic interior. Cosy atmosphere, lots of greenery in the area, nice food ! The beach is 3 mins walk!

to hire people who are ready to do their job and not to answer every question of the client, you can change the hotel

this is the worst hotel I have ever been to, boorish staff who are not present at the reception, I had to call all the time to find a manager. the photos do not match all the furniture is old, there are cockroaches on the bed in the room, we also did not receive the promised breakfast. there is no telephone in the rooms for communication with the reception, no wi-fi, the staff said that this is possible only in the lobby to request a change of room due to the fact that we have cockroaches, the manager said that we can leave if we are not satisfied, after that we packed our things and left

The location is good. It is close to most main attractions.

The air conditioning was not working for the 3 nights of our stay. They said it would be repaired but nothing changed for the whole stay and we were charged full amount for A/C as well. The weather was pretty hot in goa and it was a terrible stay without A/C.

The food is amazing.The staff is extremely helpful towards all your needs.The bathrooms are spacious and very well equipped and maintained.

Lighting in the room can be brighter

The rooms are not modern, no TV, bedsheets are average and the rooms need to be better cleaned.

£30 difference in the price for my friend and I for the same rooms over the same period. The manager blamed Booking.com. Charged for extra coffees at breakfast on departure.

Large spacious rustic charming room with a big balcony and a big bathroom. Very comfortable mattress on a large bed. Inviting pool and a generous breakfast.
