Cons -
- I left my Headphones which were quite expensive and have messaged many times but the hotel didn’t get back to me.
- It could use a little TLC to give it some freshness. While it was not a major inconvenience, we were able to come up with cash as there was a struggle to make payment with international cards.
- We book sea view but at that time room replaced by them

Very good, quiet and clean hotel. Excellent location on one of the best beaches of Goa. The beach is 5 minutes walk away
The staff were great, the room was good quality for the price, the room was quiet as the building blocks street noise, and the in house restaurant was fantastic
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and able to offer accurate local advice.Balcony was very spacious and delightful to spend time on overlooking rice fields, onto the sea and watch the monsoon storms come through. They were able to arrange a great airport pickup for a very late arrival flight.
