Breakfast was Good , Staff at restaurant was courteous and helpful.

CHKIN experience was not that great . I checked in at 1 Am and staff was not at all welcoming . In fact he had no clue about things. Further the amenities in the room need to be upgraded like there were no slippers or hand towels in the roomThere is no provision for Drivers to stay or rest // No food or washroom facility for them and that's a big disadvantage given the location of the hotel.

It was an oasis of calm and tranquility after the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect for staying if you have an early flight from Mopa the next day. Lovely food and attentive staff. Bonus was the monkeys in the gardens and on some balconies!

You’re paying through the nose to be close to the airport but we felt it was worth it.

The Airport Transfer was claimed to be included at bookong.com but the hotel refised to know anything about annd the receptionist had no Intention to find out why that gets offered as included service on their booking.com offers

Great location to airport, took about 15 minutes by taxi. Great food in the restaurant, staff really helpful. Lovely pool. Really lovely room, the bed is so comfortable. Great views across the landscape. Lovely sunset. Everything was clean and modern. It’s so peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay here. Taxi arrived very promptly, good drive. Would definitely go back there. Great end to our time in Goa.

We had an early start and we were promised a breakfast pack up, and it was forgotten ?

The location is good for getting to Mopa airport but otherwise the resort is very remote with very little to do nearby. The food in the restaurant was also ok.

1. I messaged the resort via booking.com prior to our visit to ask about credit card payment and proximity to the airport. I didn’t get a response. 2. When we arrived we were given a bill for 2 nights even though I had amended the booking to 1 night and had the confirmation email. 3. The first room we were shown was very small and smelt of damp. 4. The hotel, grounds etc looks 100 times better in the photos on booking.com.5. The website and booking.com advise of a bar but the bar was not open and when the staff opened it for us it appeared to have no stock on the shelves.6. Most of the bar menu was unavailable. For example, there were about 8 different wines on the menu but only one bottle of red wine in stock. No Indian beer and 2 of the cocktails unavailable. Spirits were all imported and expensive. 7. No management available to air our grievances.

Good: 2 Rooms were clean and comfortable. Also nice swimming pool (apart from a number of loose tiles). Good food.

Poor: No assistance with luggage from taxi. No welcome drink at reception. No complementary sail on river. All these were on offer last year.Restaurant staff more interested in their mobile phones, they need better management.Spa was very basic, needs relaxing music, and not advertised. Masseuse would be better in clean white uniform.

Perfect NorthGoa airport (MOPA) stopover either before or after a long flight. Only15 minutes away. Dinner and breakfast were both good. Airport taxi was reasonably priced. Pool although small was a welcome facility for a cooling dip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Staff were friendly. Will definitely plan to stay again. Choose the Palm Rooms for value.

Slightly expensive perhaps but worth it.

Staff was great. The road to the facility was a little scary. It was very remote & out of place, but a wonderful surprise. We were very happy to have a bar & restaurant on site. We needed to leave at 1 am for our flight & a taxi was patiently waiting for us.

We only had one towel in bathroom as did our friends the bar wasn’t well stocked but we still had a great night with what drinks were availableTaxi driver who took us to ATM was a little naughty asking for for 1700 rupees then dropping it to 1200 rupees then making on he had no change that was our only bad experience in the 2 weeks we spent in GOA

Everything was perfect in this accommodation. It was a calm oasis for our very late arrival from Manohar airport.

Though we were picked up from the airport, the communication beforehand was confusing.

The room was great, modern, clean, large, great bathroom, comfy bed, good air con and fan.The pool was also lovely, but could do with a bit of a skim off the top of all the dead flies etc.

The bar was not open, on New Years Eve! Not that we would have been up all night, but we were very shocked that we couldn’t have a couple of drinks in there on New Year’s Eve!! The games room area felt unfinished and a little abandoned.

Calm, great food, staff helpful and friendly. Good showers, comfortable bed. Spacious room and balcony.

Beer range could be wider and more local. Some areas of complex looking a bit tired

It is conveniently located near the airport. Food was okay.

This was once a beautiful place. However, it seems like no one bothered to do any maintenance over the past years. Everything looks very different from the picture. It’s a real big shame because it definitely has the potential

Excellent room, courteous staff. Taxi was available right at the door step for pickup. Recreation area is good as well. As the whole resort is fully covered with greenery we expected some mosquito bites in the evening, however the staff was present with mosquito repellent machine and they tried their best to control the same

We didn't get the time to explore the resort fully. For example, we were not able to go to the waterfront as it was late evening and we had to catch the flight next day early morning. We thought that the restaurant was a bit overpriced. But we also felt that it is okay considering the remote location of the resort.

Lovely modern hotel near for airport transfer. Super friendly staff.

A bit out the way if you wanted a shop or bar. Room was amazing but spoilt by a heavy smell of damp. For two guests had only one bath towel, had to call for and extra and was given pool towels. Shower room flooded and had use towels to mop up water and call house keeping to clear the soak away grate. Stuff on the menu not available. Although not fault of hotel, dog howling kept us awake.

The room we had was a very good size with a nice balcony area, there were tea/coffee making facilities plus bottled water, TV and nice bathroom.

Close to Airport

Forgot to collect us from airport as arranged and when leaving forgot our wake up call!!!

Rooms were of high standard and very comfortable. Justifiable comfort for the price. Very close to the airport, especially if u have an early morning flight.

Very remotely located. The hotel and its facilities is your only entertainment. Nothing to do on the streets....no shops nearby. Also, had a early morning flight and made arrangements to have a light breakfast packed since we would miss the included buffet breakfast due to the kitchen only opening at 7:30am. When i got up in the morning, there was no breakfast. Kitchen staff said they were not informed. Had to ask twice for toilet paper...not in the room. Very disappointed.

What a find absolutely loved this hotel. The best rooms throughout our stay in Goa Immaculately clean well appointed rooms, with mod cons , lovely toiletries , and thee most comfiest of beds Lovely little swimming pool to spend a few lazy days by prior to inbound or outbound flights Food excellent with some of the best dishes we've had during our 2 weeks stay in Goa .Staff courteous and friendly .Also a lovely spa that offers various treatments .Easily accessible to Mandrem airport . Definitely use this hotel again

Although there was nothing in the surrounding area. This really did not bother us
