Treebo Morjim Banyan Resort With Swimming Pool

Location and premises. Staff was cooperative and doing their best.

Not clean, no hot water in room, Room and bathroom was stinking.

The location was ok for peace lovers and swimmingpool and breakfast was good

The premises near my room and breakfast area sofas are totally not clean and staff from house keeping need to improve 100% for the maintenance. It was just like u come n go but things remain the same.A white street dog has a bed exactly where customers step in the entrance and they don't bother to move it .

When I check the rooms immediately I decided not to stay as it's not approved to live with family there and rooms are dirty location not good

Nothing we liked about this place ?

Staff was arrogant , even in advance booking they didn’t gave the room together . They were busy entertaining their own personal guest which they booked rest of the room, no soap , no dental kit , nothing was provided , room were not cleaned , all then things was broken or not working , whole structure os made of temporary material , their personal guest were entering room without permission . Really bad experience .

Breakfast was good. Homely food

Kettle, refrigerator were not provided as mentioned.Surroundings and swimming pool was not maintained well. But staffs were very friendly

We didn't check In also as property was dirty and pool was under maintenance and totally shaby. Totally disappointed

We didn't check In also as property was totality dirty and pool was under maintenance and totally shaby. Totally disappointed .

The staff at this hotel are the epitome of hospitality, greeting guests with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist. The check-in process was swift, and the receptionist provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services.

The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, combining modern comforts with a touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

Impressed by the personal touch extended,Con room wifi not so good although wifi in lobby works well. By Standards it is 5.0 star. All in all had a good stay.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions. It was clean, stylish. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. ..

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Thanks

The ambiance of the hotel was clean and hygiene. The staff was well groomed and well behavior. Room in the hotel was well maintained.

Attention was fantastic. The rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. The only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on-site.

Overall, the stay was good and the staff was friendly, they were considerate to the requests made.

Rooms need to be cleaner and more well furnished.

Literally nothing

The approach to the hotel is pathetic..the area is dug up and a door is kept on the ground as a bridge to enter the place.. the rooms are extremely unclean, dirty stained curtains, paper thin walls, no proper toiletries or towels in the room, it was raining in Goa and room celing was dripping water, there were cockroaches on the bed and other insects, torn pillow covers and dirty bathrooms...Worst experience ever!
