- The manager was extremely pleasant to talk to, was kind enough to answer all the questions we had and give us tips about the Zillertal Valley. Can wholeheartedly recommend.
- The service from Karen was exceptional, very welcoming and accommodating. A great place to stay within walking distance of the town and train station. The ski bus leaves from pretty much right outside the hotel. Highly recommend.
- Great and friendly host, always ready to suggest the best places for rent, skiing, and eating. Also very supportive when we need something.The Spa facilities were as a pleasant bonus to the vacation!

- The mattress was a bit too firm but this is more to do with preference. I was still able to sleep without issue.
- Just a couple of suggestions to make the stay even better:* It would be great to build ventilation in the toilet room. As there was no window in the toilet in our double room accommodation we had to do ventilation via the opening window in the main room. That was not always comfortable in the winter. * I like the breakfast much and I would like it even more if it would be possible to add some more warm dishes and dessert to the menu.
