Monte Carlo Hotel

We always like this property every time when we go to alanya we will stay in this hotel.

I like everything about it, but the thing is I like more great from this hotel specially for food and activities at night. It will be better. I didn't say it's bad but I wish to be better because I love this hotel.

Disappointing

Not enough blankets, towels were dirty, advertised to have two swimming pools, a spa and a sauna which now were operational.

Everything was great! Great Customer Service, great games and events organized by the hotel! A lot of great attractions were made ready by the hotel and they made sure the transport was sorted out from the hotel to the place of event and back. I can say a lot of great things but do not want to overload with information, visit this hotel and you will not regret your decision!!! Everything, from games and events to the area where the hotel was placed, around 3 minute trip to the beach. Nice area for shopping, bars and everything else. I would say that the hotel staff are big plus. The location is good and it's within walking distance from the beach. The rooms were really clean.

On forth day of our stay, 3 out of 6 members of the family got food poisoned. The next morning I found at least 15 more people with the same symptoms in the resort. The hotel management advised us that it was a regional issue but personally I had reasons to disagree. Please do not expect too much of evening entertainments. Although, they maintain a repeated entertainment from YouTube for children.

It was close to the beach

Myself and my friend both got food poisoning from the food here so even though we were all inclusive, we only ate here once during our whole week stay. This was very disappointing as we might as well have just paid for a room. The food wasn’t very good at all from what we did have - not much choice. The all inclusive didn’t include much alcohol either. We also had to keep asking for towels as they would only give us one for 3 of us.

The lady at reception kindly provided three rooms (out of 4) earlier than the normal check-in time. She also agreed to have a late check-out (2 hours extra) for one of our rooms.

Well, there are several things that we did not like at this hotel:- Unless you stay at your room, there is barely any area (e.g. lobby, restaurant, etc.) with proper ventilation and cooling. It was uncomfortably warm and unpleasant to sit in this areas.- I cannot rate this hotel as clean. The areas (rooms, corridors, restaurant, toilets, pool) require major cleaning.- Food choices are really poor. On top, the provided food is of low quality. We were a group of 13 people, and 5 of us got health issues (diarrhea, vomiting) with the food.- Some of the staff require better training. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay at this hotel. My recommendation to those who have already experienced staying at better resorts is to not trust the "stars" that some hotels have. I wish I had paid a bit more to stay at a proper place, rather than wasting my money (as I have done now).

The room was not bad, the cleaning services always arrived on time and cleaned the room well, also the beach and sun beds are beautiful.

Everything other than the room and the beach was terrible.. we booked all inclusive and the food was inedible, the only thing that wasn’t bad was the bread, we ended up eating out everyday, it mentions that the beach bar serves coffee/ juices/ water for the all inclusive, they are all from a machine and with plastic cups, even the water is from a machine and tastes weird like tap water. The pool was so bad I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and didn’t try it even once, one of the reception workers was very nice but the other one was so rude for no reason, the location isn’t bad because its near the beach but the area surrounding the hotel is not great, we didn’t know that because it was our first time in alanya. Only problem with the room is its small and the Ac is so cold no matter how much you increase the temperature, and if you close it it turns very hot quickly, i ended up getting sick from the AC. I certainly regretted booking all my stay at this hotel and making it non refundable, I do not recommend it sadly.

staff was nice, welcoming, and helpful. The location was great. Food value to money was great. room is small but it is clean and has a nice view of the sea, In general, it was a great experience in the hotel.

Umbrellas at the beach could do with some upgrading.

i booked this stay as a present for my sister and her partner and they throughly enjoyed themseleves and would go again, beach is steps away food was amazing and staff bent over backwards to sort your needs

Very good position, 2 minutes walking to the beach! Very nice and helpful staff! Good variety of food and drinks! The room was nice, clean and very confortable!

At the beach bar just a few drinks as coffees, juice and water! Should have also beer, Coca Cola, Sprite and Fanta! The beach bar is a minus for this place and also they don’t have any ice cream! Also I didn’t like on the beach the distance between sun beds and water, is far away!

Poor poor hotel - Arrived late and given a room with electrical sockets hanging out and not the same as the pictures. Offered a different room eventually in a nearby hotel which was their second hotel and the same as the pictures (be careful) so turned out they tried to fob us off but then had to come back to the first hotel for food. Next day offered us the best room in the first hotel which we reluctantly accepted as we did not want to keep travelling back and forth for food and although the view was great the room was poor. Food was shockingly bad for all inclusive and mostly all inclusive if you are a local. Drink selection poor and food selection is the same everyday just cut up differently to make it look different. - the hotel is a complete let down when you see all the hotels on the drive from Antalya to Alanya.

The Hotel was nice and clean . Swimming pool area was good the night shows were really good.There is a doctor available 24 hours a day.Staff always willing to help.

The location was not that good. It was far from city center. I did not like the food.

It is located in a great place next to the sea. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony was nice. Overall, it was ok for a 4-star hotel but pricewise expensive

Territory of the hotel is small. Sometimes, there is no available table for lunch or dinner. You have to wait for someone to leave first. The fitness room was also equipped with old training machines, and most of them didn't function well. Furthermore, food was mostly repetitive and not as good as I wanted it to be.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, it was a mixed bag with both positive and negative aspects.Upon arrival, the female receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which instantly made us feel at ease. The check-in process was quick, and she was accommodating to our needs. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job and promptly changed our towels as per our request. They were sweet and approachable. Similarly, the kitchen staff was helpful and displayed a pleasant attitude during our interactions.However, the real disappointment came from the staff on the floor. It seemed that they had a biased approach towards guests based on their gender. If you were a woman, you received preferential treatment, while others were often ignored. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a negative impression. The staff exhibited a poor attitude, which was disheartening to experience.While the hotel had amenities such as a Turkish bath and massage services, I felt that the pricing structure was unfair. A hotel of this size should have standardized prices instead of trying to exploit guests for more money. Negotiating prices shouldn't be necessary, and it detracts from the overall guest experience. It was disappointing to witness the staff's focus solely on female guests, neglecting others in the process.In conclusion, my stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The friendly and accommodating receptionist, diligent housekeeping, and helpful kitchen staff contributed to a positive experience. However, the biased attitude and poor behavior of the floor staff created a significant source of stress and disappointment. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall guest experience for all visitors.

Good price, close to the beach, own beach, family rooms, not bad foods, good cleaning

There is very small space in the hotel, all animation in the area of the swimming pool. To find a not busy table for breakfast, lunch and dinner is a problem, you need to come in advance or later for that. The same thing with sunbeds around the pool, there are not many of them and they are always busy. Also if you are traveling with a car the parking is a huge problem, you should be extremely lucky to find a place. There is also only one light spot in the bathroom, and thus, it is very dark in the shower.
