Ramira Joy Hotel

The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything inside looks fresh and well-maintained. The food was delicious and varied — both main dishes, salads, and desserts were great. Some evenings they even served ice cream, which was a nice touch.The atmosphere by the pool was also very pleasant — a nice place to relax with tea or a drink. The hotel itself felt spacious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. I especially liked our balcony, where we could enjoy the view of the city life below.The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the lobby area was beautiful and welcoming. Occasionally, there were live music performances in the evenings, which created a lovely atmosphere.Overall, it’s a beautiful, new, and comfortable hotel, with great food and friendly service.

We stayed at this hotel as a big family group — six people in total: my husband and I, my sister and her husband, and our parents. Since we hadn’t seen each other for more than three years, we were extremely happy to spend time together, and in that sense, this hotel stay brought us a lot of warm memories.However, there was one very unpleasant situation — all of us, absolutely everyone in the family, got food poisoning. We all had the same symptoms: vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. It was especially stressful for me because I’m pregnant, and I even had to go to the emergency room for IV fluids due to dehydration. Since we only ate food from the hotel restaurant, it’s quite clear that the issue came from there.Another downside was the distance from the sea. Although there was a shuttle service, it wasn’t very convenient to depend on it all the time — especially in September, when it didn’t run very often.

Our family liked everything about this hotel. It was very well maintained, clean, and had a modern, attractive design. The food was excellent — fresh and very tasty.The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There’s a mosque not far from the hotel, and you can hear the morning prayers around 4:30 a.m.But this isn’t specific to this hotel — it’s common throughout Turkey.

I booked this hotel as it said beach front but its Not its on a busy road about 15 minutes walk to the beach . The rooms were very clean and food was 5 star staff were lovely

The reception staff and chambermaid were both very helpful when I needed to change rooms because the neighbours were noisy and smoking on the balcony which entered the room when we opened the patio door . Good breakfast

There is no attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed is uncomfortable, and the pillow as well.

The room was big and had a nice view.

There was an awful smell in the room that wasn't going away. The staff said that they tried to disinfect the room but the smell just won't go away. It was the worst smell of my life and even using air freshener or perfume didn't take it away. The staff didn't know much english so it was extremely hard for us to communicate with them. The food was awful so we had to eat out everyday.

Central position, excellent facilities, complimentary water, wonderful value for money, friendly staff. Arrived for a layover but would have wanted to stay more.

A choice of pillows would be appreciated in an hotel of this category.

Very good price balance, functional, good location to walk anywhere, food is very diverce and healthy.

The pool is sunny after 12 and only on one side, but the beach is not far, so it is fine.

Hotel felt like new, very clean and comfortable. Our family room was spacious and wonderful, with a nice view to the mountains and mosque. The location is great, close to the nearest beach (about 10 min walking). To the hotel’s beach about 20 min walking. The location is central with all you need in walking distance. The food was delicious, with a great variety on daily basis.

Icy water in the pool (in october).Mosque near the hotel, so every morning the loudspeaker wakes you up at 6am. None of these things really matter, I would still recommend the hotel.

They don’t provide iron, even at reception. Only paid ironing service… After first couple of days there was no watermelon at dinner and lunch (but everywhere in the shops around watermelon was available and really cheap). And once there was no hot water in the hotel, so we couldn’t take a shower for couple of hours.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the all-inclusive Ramira Joy Hotel in early October. The food offered a nice variety and was quite tasty. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained.The staff were always friendly and helpful, although not all of them spoke English or other common languages. Despite this, communication was generally possible. The fitness room had the essentials, and the public restrooms were consistently clean.There was always a place available by the pool, although it might not have been our preferred spots. However, there were plenty of sunny areas throughout the day.Our room was clean and spacious enough for our stay. We also appreciated the daily provision of two bottles of water, which was a nice touch.Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the Ramira Joy Hotel!

Recommendations for Improvement:Alcoholic Drinks: The quality of the alcoholic beverages could be improved. The wines were unfortunately disappointing, and the cocktails were just average.Dining Space: It would be great to have more seating in the restaurant. At times, we struggled to find a free table, and I prefer not to share a table with other guests. Additional outdoor seating would also be a welcome addition.Elevator Speed: The elevators were quite slow, even with two of them available.Turkish Bath Experience: We do not recommend the Turkish bath at the hotel. The service felt rushed, and the massage was not relaxing. After the bath, I had to lie in front of a fan because the door was left wide open.Language Skills: It would be beneficial for the staff to have at least a basic knowledge of English to improve communication.

Good hotel after renovation, great staff. Not far from Cleopatra beach - 15 minutes walk. Diverse food and drinks. I recommend for a long vacation.

The food was absolutely delicious and the location is just perfect for exploring the city and going for leisurely walks. There are shops right across the street and great restaurants near the hotel. A huge thank you to the amazing cleaning staff who made our room spotlessly clean!

Not a massive issue but will do better TV signal and coverage and wardrobe in the room.
