The room itself was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed here twice, and both times there was a party at the venue, which made it very difficult to sleep. During my last stay, I had to ask to change rooms because the bed was literally vibrating in rhythm with the music from the party. I suggest checking in advance whether there will be a party at the location and requesting a well-insulated room from the beginning. Otherwise, noise can be a serious issue.

Well, the hotel is charming, and the restaurant is exciting. The staff is very friendly, and we were able to spend quite some time after the restaurant was formally closed. The rooms are large and very well equipped, and the bathroom is large enough. The breakfast was very diverse, and very good.

I will be nice to the massage shower cabin to be fully functional. Other than that, I have no negative comments.

Location, theme, cleanliness

We were in the Villa Alsace.... zero internet except in the lobby of the hotel (it is 2022!). There was a "chirping" from a smoke detector in the basement area....staff was reminded 3 times of this safety concern (and potential noise nuisance) but no response. The breakfast the first day was totally subpare my previous stays here.... juices not refilled, plates resupplied but only after being empty for a long time, etc (did not even try the second morning)

Great hotel with great facilities. Rooms are spacious, with a hint of medieval decor. Great buffet breakfast with both sweet and continental options. They also have a restaurant and a brewery that I highly recommend.

Room and bathroom were spacious and decently equipped

Breakfast was very low quality, and variety was close to nothing. Food was looking like leftovers from an event.

It is a very nice, clean and interesting facility worth of the 4 stars earned. Will definitely choose it again. ??

Breakfast could provide more, rather than the 4 set options in the menu.

Nothing to like

Specifically asked for a queen size bed and I got a twin room with two VERY narrow beds.That along with the mold on the walls is enough for this bad review.

The room was really big, nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaurant is really good. The breakfast was various with both salty and sweet food, very nice.

The shower was leaking so the bathroom got some water on the floor. The furniture in the bathroom was a bit ruined, even it was modern and new. We had dinner at their restaurant but no discount was applied even we were in the hotel.

Really great place, nice balcony, flowers, location, lovely, helpful receptionist.They had a small tooth brush and paste which was just - what I needed!

TV remote was missing and I got transferred to a even better room with a balcony and flowers:)

The hotel is nice, has a good terrace and restaurant and is conveniently located on the city's outskirts, having also a generous parking.

No staff showed up in the morning for breakfast on the reason that "only 4 guests were checked in the hotel at the time". The issue for me was the coffee and not the missing breakfast. Else the climatization in the room is extremely noisy, being turned on and off during the night to keep the temperature constant. If only on or only off you'd get used with the monotone noise, but frequent changes keep you woken up.

The hotel looks mediaeval and is very well looked at.It has a large sitting area and you are surrounded by a small pond, filled with fish.

After I collected the key I went to the room and dropped my luggage. We went out and upon return, I found the room door wide open.I was told that some staff member has gone inside to check/repair something.I was not informed of that, prior to it happening.Nothing has gone missing. However, if I collected the key, the room is mine and I need to be informed if someone needs access to it.

Very interesting interior. it looks like a castle, even in the rooms. Good restaurant, full of people in the evening.

Air conditioning in the room is really loud, noisy, there was hot weather and we could not turn it off, bad sleep.

We stayed 1 night in the hotel and for us it was good variant. Clean comfotable rooms with balcony, good breakfast and restaurant on the territory. Car parking is available near the hotel but it is a quite busy and you should find a free place. Nice green territory with own brewery.

No air-conditioning in the rooms what could be uncomfortable at hot weather. The elevator exists there but it is situated between floors so you have to pass several steps to reach it (not useful for disabled persons)
