Complex Turistic Monaco

Nice place to spend a few days. Room was clean, confortable,but tv is too small. Breakfast was very good with a large diversity of food. The pool was very clean. The staff was very friendly and ready to help

Construction work on the road make very hard to get in the parking lot wich is very small for the size of the resort, and the bathroom is too small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were a great plus, both with heated water. It is a place where we will come again for sure...

the indoor pool is a little small if there's more than 6-8 persons...

after paying for the entire stay on bookin, there were extra costs, parking and extra taxes for the child who is 4 years old and slept with us in bed! Shame

Relatively clean

The location and the price was too high for what has been offered. It happened that we had a car European tour for more than 2 weeks, changing hotels every night and this was one of the worst. If you put the price on what was offered, gets even worse.

The sauna was ok.

The breakfast was rather poor. The outer swimming pool was much smaller than expected. To pay 75 lei for the breakfast of a 5 year old kid seemed to me too much. The lighting of the dormitory could not be fully stopped over night. The water tape from the bathroom was almost blocked, and the children could not open it.

Location

No private parking available even if on the site was specified that private parking available on site without extra charge. Only some people have preferential treatment and kept parking booked for them and the rest have to find their own chargeable parking. The site needs updated with this information, I wouldn’t have booked it if I would have been told that is no parking available.

Very central location. Very honest and genuine staff - we had a few requests which were not a problem. Not a huge hotel but intimate enough with pools inside and outside. You need to ask for sauna to be turned on at reception. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. My daughter loved the interior pool. The outside one feels cooler although it’s 30 degrees Celsius.

What’s not to like? Don’t go expecting the Ritz - and you won’t be disappointed. This is an honest place to stay in a central location which is clean with genuine staff. Thank you. There’s roadworks going on outside but that’s outside the property’s control and having been in Felix a few years ago improvements are for the better but take time.

Auto access - difficult due to ongoing roadworks. - finding the main entrance might pose a challenge (if you're there for the 1st time), the GPS location seems to be inaccurate. TV set - size too small for today's standards.Carpark (probably) too small to accommodate all potential clients.Door lock (room #11) was faulty.

The rooms were cleaned daily. Big and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly.

We were the in the winter and the indoor pool is very small, like a jacuzzi:)

The room was tidy and clean, the location is next to the restaurants and stores.

In Hotels reception, you need to call in advance to find someone in there. There is not enough variety of food and drinks in breakfast for this price point. The hotel's parking lot isn't big enough for all the clients. I had to park somewhere else.

Accommodation was very good, weather condition did not allow us to use the outdoor pool, but indoor pool was amazing.

Breakfast was the only thing not so good, a bit too cheap (feta cheese cubes and poor quality hot-dogs), but rest of products were ok.Sauna was not working, probably close due to coronavirus but it would have been nice to mention or allow booking one hour/family to minimize any contact with other people.Hotel stuff were not using masks anywhere, including in the restaurant, although that seemed to be something "normal" all over Oradea and Baile Felix, no matter the restrictions already in place.

Breakfast selection was very good. Pool was clean. Room was clean.

Not being able to adjust the temperature in the room. It was locked. Price was a little expensive compared to the bigger 4 star hotels in the same area.

The location was perfect, very close to the Apollo pools. The staff is beyond nice. We stayed in Apartament 1 and you have everything you need and it’s really clean. Both interior and exterior pools are wonderful. I was impressed by the staff and how friendly they are. Also they will give good advice on activity options, what to visit and where depending on what you want. You even have parking options. Everything was perfect for us and our needs.We loved it and definitely will come back.

Nice exterior pool with perfect water temperature for June :)There was also 1 interior pool, but did not try it.

Would be great to have the option to book room without breakfast. I'm not into eating in the morning, let aside waking up in holiday for this :( So for me it was just money waste, I did not go to breakfast.

The spa. It is good that they have an outside pool.

The AC didn't work really good in our room.
