Great location with large pool areas both indoor and outdoor. The food was also great and both breakfast and dinner was included in the room stay which was nice.

- The paper form required to be completed upon arrival. Unfortunately, we arrived late and it was the last task I wanted to accomplish after a 14-hour flight and an additional 4-hour drive. This was the only hotel we stayed at that had a paper form for guests to fill out. All other hotels had staff complete the forms, and we only needed to sign.- The water in the pool area is unclean, particularly the thermal water, and the overall pool area requires an update. My daughter contracted a urinary tract infection during our stay. Additionally, there was no lifeguard on duty, and vests for children or flotation devices were provided. However, these items could be purchased at a small store inside the hotel.- The attitude of the staff. My 6-year-old son inadvertently dropped some food from his plate during breakfast while walking to the table. The staff member nearby made an audible frustrated remark at the incident: “Vai si amar.” I cleaned up the mess myself. If you are not prepared to handle minor issues like this, maybe don’t pursue a career in customer service.- The elevators. The elevators were the most frustrating aspect of our experience. There are two elevators on the different systems (and call buttons), and people will press both buttons every time they call an elevator. Consequently, you could spend up to 15 minutes waiting in elevators or waiting for them to stop at each floor, even if there was no one to board.- The absence of hair conditioner in the bathroom. This seemed very cheap for a 5-star hotel, and they remind you several times that they are a 5-star hotel.- The absence of an iron and iron board in the room, and the hotel’s refusal to provide one. However, they will gladly iron your clothes for a substantial fee.- The towels tickets. It appears that the hotel is attempting to combat towel theft. This is a rather petty measure for a 5-star hotel.

Old hotel that needs to be remodeled. Listed as 5 stars but that’s because of all the amenities not the state of the hotel.Coffee is terrible, especially for a 5 star hotel. Hair dryer is a wall unit, that tells you how old the hotel is.

The staff was amazing

The rooms had some really small blankets I was always waking up because my feet were cold from not being covered with the blanket And the dining room horrible I wanted to make myself a tea and a bug came in my cup form the water and a lot of sand and dirt ?my appetite was out for the rest of my trip and only ate catering food for the rest of the journey I told a staff member and he looked at me wired for telling him that and took the cup from me and said ok we will change the water but I followed him and was looking carefully to see if he will take the water tank and he never did change the water ?

Good hotel with a bad management. Water temperature in outside pool too low. Imposibile to stay more than few minutes. Two years ago, I stayed in the that pool for hours despite the outside temperature of - 10 degrees C (water temperature around 34-36 degrees).The food in self service restaurant (breakfast and dinner) could be more diverse and of better quality.

The temperature of the outside pool was much more colder than the last times I stayed at this hotel. The outside pool is the main atraction for adults and it beeing about 33*C is disapointing.Dinner could be more diversifed.

Water was cold , no a la carte restaurant, bar was closed at 23 hours, and the bed was very hard . No blankets in the room, only one

It’s a decent hotel and a decent spa. Nice facilities and it was also pretty empty (we went on a Sun-Thu trip, though). Nice breakfast.

The value for money is pretty low. The hotel is a bare minimum 5 star and the spa is also not so special. And I am comparing it to other Resorts or Spa Hotels in Romania.

Amazing combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food and revigorating thermal baths, with great parking options. Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was great, maybe the breakfast coffee could use some improvement, but even that was ok

Very clean, nice pools, amazing breakfast and dinner.

Mud wrap with Adriana is always an exceptional experience! Relaxing massage with Corina was great! Chocolate wrap with Mariana also great! Wet sauna has been refurbished and it’s great, the infrared and dry sauna are also great, and the ice room, love it! Two pools in refurbish process, were my favorite last year.. I’ll wait for next year to enjoy them again. However, plenty of other pools available and very nice! Overall good experience and will return.

Cleanliness overall very good, apart from the restaurant bathroom which should be cleaned every day after each service.Food availability good, but not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Better food in a 3 star hotel 100m away. Instead of offering sewing kit and all the bits, would be better to offer flip-flops branded with the name of the hotel. Safer for t he customer and some free advertising for the hotel. ;) We’ve got this in a 4 star hotel in Ireland and we were thrilled.

From the reception area as the room to the pool areas is always extremely clean. The staff is always smiling and helpful. A beautiful place to relax and recover from a busy life.

It would be nice if there were scheduled times when music wasn't playing, be nice to just hear the water and nature. But, the music is overall relaxing.

The breakfast and spa were excellent. I enjoyed the pools as well.

I would suggest to place bottled water in the room for all guests at all times, as maybe because of thermal water the thirst was increased and we needed to buy water from the shop outside the hotel every day.

Very clean, very good food. I enjoyed very much the breakfast and beverages for dinner. Excellent spa, pools and massage.

Just few improvement ideas:Breakfast: there is a bottleneck on the coffee machinesRoom: welcome water bottles can be available each day, instead daily towels replacement, for example Dinner: there is a room for improvement regarding live musicOutside areas: maybe, it's better to pay more attention for mosquitoes and bees elimination (some specific treatment performed more often)
