I liked the behavior at the reception, the service at the restaurant and the very rich menu.The hotel is very comfortable!It is a good balance between the price and what it offers.

Pools, breakfast, balcony and furniture in my room. 10 hours sleep after the hanging in the pool…

Location.

The hotel room was not clean, there were coffee stains on the furniture. The windows were dirty, so was the bathroom sink. The beds were uncomfortable. Getting to schedule a massage was impossible. The employees were not helpful at all. They were actually rude. The hotel is old, which would be ok if they actually clean it.

1. Superb location, near forest and with bus station in front of the hotel.Quiet and peaceful location with fresh air.Located in a resort with many hotels but in prime location with very accessible and warm architecture -easily accessible facilities.

Lack of personnel for cosmetic treatment, lack of consideration from management about having to book appointments a week in advance.Lack of internal phone line ( was not working) and lack of possibility to book therapy appointments by phone.I also found this booking system cumbersome and primitive.

Staff friendly polite helpful professionals especially the receptionist (lady) even to me a English man and spoke good english hotel clean ,tidy around hotel as for the pools warm clean and very inviting .Food was good enjoyed it was a traditional romanian breakfast .Hotel room we had was lovely and quiet spacious over looking the pools and over the large area around (7thfloor).Will be back again ...

In my personal opinion I would like to have had a FREE bottle of water compliments of the hotel on arrival as other hotels in other countries I have been .But not a problem.

If you are looking for the hotel when you are on business trip , this is not the right hotel, elderly people who looking for healthy procedures were they filled the hotel, parking slot was so full so i park under the three, elevator was always full and waiting, food quality was poor and also the choice, the only win was the people at the reception who were so helpfull and kind. I will not say this hotel is bad maybe for some people is great .. but it is bad for business trip to the country around, definitely better accomodation around, but when you pay low you should expect low.

Excellent location , clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Very good treatment and swimming pools.

The hotel facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff is characterized by a professional, high-quality and thorough service awareness. A perfect response was given to every inquiry. I would like to commend BIANCA who did everything in her power to make us feel good and provided a proper and immediate solution to every inquiry. A stay at the hotel is highly recommended. And we will certainly return again. Thank you very much!

The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and water was warm and pleasant. Friendly staff at reception.

Overpriced for what it offers, the whole hotel looks dated and brings you memories of the 80s. Smell of cigarettes in the room. Dinner buffet had limited food options.

All aspects were properly arranged, and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. Luminita at the front desk consistently provided excellent assistance with any inquiries we presented.We will for sure return!

The hotel is staff is absolutely amazing! Bianca from reception thank you for your hospitality!

The lifts took always forever to arrive. Minimum wait 10minutes. Only 4 persons fit in. Apartment was on the 7th floor, not always an option to take the stairs. The breakfast buffet, an ode to sausages and mash, appears to be an early ticket to a guaranteed heart attack. First time I have ever seen banana's cut in half with skin on. No other fruits or healthy choices, an abomination. Went in and immediately out again to get something elsewhere in town. On the restaurant terrace there is a large smoking section, despite the hotel advertising a smoke free environment.

Access to extensive spa services/treatments. Super friendly and competent staff. Clean rooms.

It had the atmosphere of a communist era party members vacation facility. Food was terrible. Pool areas decaying. 75:1 male to female customer ratio.

Good value for the money. Clean, well located facilities in accordance with the 3 stars classification (decent nou luxury)!

Breakfast should be until 10 am.

Amazing staff, helpful, friendly and professional (Gabi). Great location, food, scenic walk, shopping nearby and very close. Pool options are great and there are several with different temperatures and sizes and depth.
