no wi-fi, no AC

The heating was OK

-the smell of foos combined with thermal water all through the hotel- we were accomodated there by the Lotus Football Cup Tournament and over 10 kids had food poisoning, vomiting and pooping continuously-full flores of the hotel had bedbugs and the kids were bitten- lots of spiderwebs all over the room and balcony- no curtains for the showers and the water got on the bathroom floor-bed dressingswere dirty (yellow and brown stains) and had tears-dirty and stained matresses

I stayed for 14 nights half board, and I can say the hotel is basic standard, so don't expect more than you paid for Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location, near to the Oradea bus stop

Last 3 nights I struggled to sleep because of club style music from restaurant/ reported to the receptionist but no positive results Creating disturbance between 10 pm /8am is illegal, but not for hotel administration Would I recommend or return there? Big NO!!!

Great value for money, the hotel has also thermal waters swimming pool to use, good breakfast with many options as a buffert, and super friendly staff - the room and the view was great!

Maybe some parts of the building require rennovation but also this is makes the hotel's atmosphere coming from the past

Was ideal location the 2 rooms were very clean and quiet and we had 2 rooms next door to eachother..we were very happy here

We would of liked a kettle for tea and coffee and a fan

Was a problem to find parking, sort of old not well maintained, and very expencive.

The beds were really comfortable, the room was decently sized, and it had a nice balcony too

There was no AC in the room, and I couldn’t sleep because of the heat, despite leaving the balcony door open

Helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good food choices. Stayed on 7 th floor recently renovated. Good opportunity to have kinetoterapia procedures.

The bathroom should have a shower instead of a bath tube as is quite a job to get in and out for not so young people. The warm water in the bathroom took so long to get warm.No choices of snacks, coffee, ice cream, drinks near the pool.

Food included in the price is good, outside pool is clean and we really liked it, room was renewal. Physiotherapy is good for electrical procedures.

Room is very small, without air conditioning. For physiotherapy, massage is not included in the procedures, you need to pay extra. Kinetotherapy room was poor, not much to do. Bad sheets were not exchange during 5 nights stay and cleaning procedure was to exchange towers and remove the garbage. No internet or wifi, except special corner in the reception.

It is a big and old hotel. But at first sight you'll notice that they're trying to modern as much things as possible. I was there with two kids and they really liked the rooms,the swimming pool,the meals for breakfast and dinner.

There was no place to dry the wet towels up.

The place is very beautiful, but can be better if there is improvement and upgrade of the facilities

The value is at most half the price we paid. This hotel is for people who come with tickets paid by the government. The building is old and grotesque, no service. Take a hot bath at a decent hotel, you don’t need a hot pool.

The room service staff was very friendly and helpful. So was most of the restaurant staff. The facility was clean, the pool easily accessible and the water excellent, one could choose spots in the pool from cool to hot. We also enjoyed the convenience of buffet style breakfast and dinner and the live music and dancing in the evenings.

For a two star hotel it might be too much to ask but certainly having shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom would be a big help for people traveling internationally and not carrying those items in the limited luggage. I believe shower curtains would help not to get the bathroom all wet when taking a shower. Having coffee in the room might help with staying less in line for coffee at the restaurant in the morning or the restaurant should have available brewed coffee in big containers.The food was very tasty but cold by the time it was served in spite of using those steam warmers. The elevators need to be tuned up or updated. Many times they go up and down randomly not in the order of the received commands and lines of people build up at the elevators during the pick hours.

The bed was very comfortable, the indoor and outdoor pools were great, the food was good and diverse.

There was a bad smell in the room coming from the toilet.

I don't recommend

There was no hot water in the tap in the room, there was no wifi available, the hotel did not meet my basic expectations, I don't recommend it
