Accommodation, personnel attitude, pools, cleanness, location.

Breakfast, even with a lot of options, the options are the same every day.The bar at the indoor pool attended very rarely by a bartender and only for few minutes.

Excellent room, very much improved food options and nice staff. We come with pleasure every year and every time we see things improved! ?

Clean and comfortable. Easy to park and to walk to other locations. Rooms are quite spacious and staff is very friendly and efficient.

The Buffet at Breakfast and Dinner is quite limited. Other hotels in the area serve much better food choices.

Kept clean. Loved the indoor pool although only opens late morning. Access to the aqua park.

No clear signage for car parks, when asked where can we park we were told dismissively “wherever you find a space”. In consequence, tourists cars littered all footpaths around hotel. Everything else - food, maintenance - at very basic level and not justified by the 4 star prices.

As usual everything was very nice- the staff, the food and the pools! We had a wonderful time again!

The location is very much improved since the last time I was here. The food is great and not expensive for a 4stars hotel. Tbe pools are clean and well mentained! The room was clean and comfortable.We loved our three days here!

The only good thing was the room capacity they had for breakfast. That room was huge.

Room was dirty, carpet, curtains, balcony, toilet were dirty. There are 3 outdoor pools that close at 10pm, since they are the hotel pools they could have been open more. Before we booked we didn't saw on booking any information about the breakfast. It is 7 30-10am, could have been more like 10 30-11 if it was a respectable hotel. Didn't got any information about the parking, I was in a rush so I parked on paid street parking near the hotel, the receptionist didn't mention anything. The room was very cold because they set the AC in september on 22 degrees. That AC was functioning in the room until evening, the room was like a fridge. Also in the room is a warning that says that you can't bring food from outside in the room and only use room service, never saw that anywhere else, definitely this is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Don't recommend at all.

Great rooms, very clean, staff always helpful.

The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom ok. The indoor pool is not very clean, the outdoor pool is ok, but it is too crowded sometimes, with a lot of people who are drinking and talking. The breakfast food is of average quality, with creams, fries, salads with mayonnaise sauces, for those who prefer simple and fresh food it is more difficult. Espresso is very good, the tea options are more medicinal. The business center is quite ok, but near the pool.

One day before departure, we asked about one hour extra in the hotel (until 1pm) and the girl from the reception said that she don't know yet, saying that she would let us know the next day if possible, but it seems she forgot. When we checked out, she kept asking us why we didn't stay an extra hour (!)

Clean room. Delicious food and many swimming pools to choose from.

Same kind of foods every night. The food is really nice however would have like different choices in different nights.

Meals + Thermal Pool

People not respecting the signs of "No balls in the pool" or "Don't jump". Ideally some hotel staff should supervise.

Room was clean and garbage taken every day.Water in the hotel pool was changed every dayGood variety of food at the hotel's buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Bathroom - bathtub drain was slow, water didn't drain and it needed 3-4 rounds of water to completely clean the bathtub after taking a shower.

Shower was disintegrateingIt did not work very well to switch from shower head to hand held shower and when you turned in the shower head, it would vibrate the whole bathroomThe sink would take a full 5 minutes to drain, and some of it spilledThe room, even though at first glance,appears big, when you pull out the pull-out chair (in which not even a child can fit) became so small you couldn't even move

Friendly staff, the room was newly renovated and really nice, pools and sauna were great

The breakfast was just okay.. many options were available but not the best food in my opinion
