Hotel President SPA

I would not stay here again, it is basically an overcrowded, disorganized, road side motel. The spa facilities are terrible and definitely not up to western standards. The staff is basically overworked and rude. They really need to take the word “spa” out of their name, this is definitely not a spa. The pools are small, the water ride is so sorry! We left one day early, Romania is a beautiful country don’t waste your time here. We previously stayed at the Lotus hotel and that was much nicer. The president was a terrible disappointment.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, we travelled from the Uk and due to the traffic and weather conditions we arrived and checked in at 3 am. The lady from the reception was extremely friendly and polite; the apartment we booked was more than we expected, very large, modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. We also ask for a late check-out and they were able to offer that, with no extra cost.

The only down side was that the bath tub was not working and the water from the shower was leaking on the bathroom floor.

Good size room, bathroom & shower

There is a kettle in the room BUT no coffee or tea! AC is very noisy during the night. Mattress not great. In the swimming pools/spa area there are no towels at all, you suppose to bring your only towel from the room or use your bathrobe!Breakfast options, quality & presentation very poor!

The rooms are spacious and clean. It also has a private swimming pool and it’s close to an aqua park.

The pools are fine,many and provide for all ages. The bed was comfy and the sheets were soft and clean.

The furniture didn't age well. Neither wardrobe closed. The carpet was stained in several places both in the room and in the hallways. The shower drainage was very slow, so the bathroom was flooded with every shower we took. We had to maintain the water flow reduced to make sure water didn't reach the room. The food was varied, but either too fat or too salty or simply low quality.

The atmosphere was great for a Christmas Dinner plus the swimming pools are clean and good water temperature. I would mention Alex, the tall waitress , he is an exceptionally.

The prices from the aqua park area are way more bigger than a normal shop.

There are no pools dedicated ONLY to the hotel guests. Only one small jacuzii that was not working Everyone can enter into the aquaparc if they pay a tax and have access to all poolls. Very crowded and very noisy, especialy in weekends and/ or national holidays.The rooms are not so comfortable for the money paid, the double bed having two separate mattresses get together instead of a double mattressesThe Breakfast was medium qualityIn the morning no current water available into the room bathroom

The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed.

I was not very excited about the food. We had breakfast included but we decided one day to eat lunch also at the hotel restaurant. I think I have higher expectations from a 4 star hotel - the restaurant was very old, it has nothing to do with the rooms ( are from another era) and the food was more as a canteen food (both breakfast and lunch).

Room was nice and comfortable, as expected. The exterior pool was very nice and worm.

The pool was very crowded, so no distancing possible.Some of the spa stuff didn't wore protection masks.At the spa, was very difficult to get a massage appointment; on a Saturday, they had only one masseuse. The restaurant a la carte was very slow.

Rooms are nice, soup is nice.Beakfast and dinner are ×cheap×.1.We've booked with booking.com for 530lei for the SPA wing of tge hotel.2.We checked in in the business wing (not the spa) probably the only rooms available prince on booking was 80€ (the receptionist said 370something lei).3.On checkout we had to pay 530 lei according to booking.Last time we were here.
