Hotel is in an amazing area of ​​Donovaly. A beautiful view and clean air, a complete celebration of nature. Full of attractions in the area and at the same time is in a quiet and perfect place. Lots of hiking and biking trails are in the area. Nice and helpful staff. Hotel offers all kinds of spa activities. A lot of parking in the site.

It is not possible to fix the shower head in the shower and it is required to hold it by hand. Very uncomfortable. In addition, the method of opening and closing the doors of the paddle balconies is appalling. Very very not rich and modest breakfast for a 4 star hotel. There is not even a coffee machine at breakfast.

The single beds were exponentially small, the facilities like sauna were payed only service per hour which some hotels provide for free while also being a four star hotel

The 2 br apartment was spacious.

The breakfast had way too many mayo-based salads and the bread/pastry selection was really sub par.

Perfect breakfast buffet with a choice of hot items. The location is centrally located. Very kind staff.

The hotel does not have air conditioning.The refrigerator in the room did not work, neither the room nor the refrigerator was replaced.

The best advantage is that you can have a big appartment with the kitchen but you still have the hotel services available. Small sewing kit in the bathroom is a great and useful easter egg. Sauna was a perfect relax place after long day. The staff was super kind and friendly.

Room service was not available and there was no chance to get a massage earlier than in 2 days. In appartment there was no waste segregation bins or bags.

The suite was great, we liked it very much, the kitchen was very well equipped.

We already stayed at many 4* hotels in Slovakia and all of them had wellness, fitness, etc included in the price of the room. But not here. If we wanted to go to wellness or fitness even though we were staying at the hotel, we had to pay for each entrance. The price for room was high enough to have this kind of service included.

Some of the balcony doors are tricky to use or don't close properly.
