Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, good facilities

Rooms too small, no Aircon/ventilation - caused issues during the night with CO2, no extra room to dry clothes after skiing, double bed made od two singles (incl.matresses) but not joined together, beds very soft and uncomfortable to sleep on, pillows too soft as well

Possibility to get out to cold winter fresh air from sauna would be fine. The door is there, but was closed perhaps due security reson.

The apartment is of a good size, well equipped and clean. It is in a good area with a couple of restaurants within a few minutes walk and it has underground parking. We enjoyed our one night here but do have a couple of points to make. The bed was very soft compared to what we are used to, but that is just us. My wife works online and likes to prop herself up in bed at the end of the day and get done work done. Unfortunately we found that the Wi-Fi would not work in the bedroom so had to go back into the lounge area.

Beds are only twin. Not possible to get queen bed receptionist said. On booking you could pick but hotel doesn’t offer queen.

I really enjoyed the swimmimg pool. It was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel.

My room faced the back of the hotel and there was some noise from some machinery (swimming pool, perhaps). Also, the hotel is favoured by families with children and that is not my personal preference.

Restaurant and cuisine. Beef soup contained raw meat. Halušky very oily, which caused our stomach problems. Waitress not quite competent. Do not recommend at all.

Nice interior, staff - especially the day shift lady at reception on day of our departure! Also staff at restaurant was nice. Rich selection of various possibilities in wellness centrum - 4 different types of sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and other, everything included in price of stay.

Generally bathroom had some defects. Small areas of mould at the bottom of shower corner on the silicon sealant. Very weak stream of water in sink and non visible sign on hot/cold water selector. Also I should mention that it's a baby friendly hotel, so it is great for families with children, bet at the same time could be a bit noisy for adults seaking quiet environment. ?

Excellent saunas, jaccuzi and pool! Great breakfast.

Good as always, we are returning guests. The location is excellent the hotel is well equipped and the wellnes area is cozy and relaxing. The breakfast is enough, however the dinner could be alacarte not just buffet.

The girl at the front desk when we arrived could not speak a word in english, she smiled but we could not discuss the room details only after another colleague came into the shift…

We have been here some years before and luckily we could book again. Breakfast, wellness, cleanliness, location and interior design is still good quality. Thanks to the Genius program we could stay in a more spacious room.Maintenance is on a good standard as we see, housekeeping deserves 5* (I tell you as an ex-supervisor :)).Breakfast is fresh, variety for everybody's taste , filling up is continuous.

It is absolutely personal, but for us the mattresses were too soft, like sleeping on jelly and pillows were also not hard enough.

Spa are great, Hotel clean, Staff great and very helpful. Breakfast was good but the evening meals not so great but overall we loved it and will go back again next year.

The hotel is nicely renovated, staff is extremely nice and they do everything to make you feel good. The wellness has a big pool, a kids' pool, a jacuzzi, 3 saunas from 50 to 100 degrees Celsius and a steam bath. Playing room is besides the restaurant and very close to the lobby, this is great if you travel with kids. Breakfast and dinner was fine, too. The hotel has a heated skiroom to dry boots and helmets overnight. We definitely recommend it, and plan to return here. Thank you Sport Hotel, we had a great time!
