Staff good staff and good n healthy food

No garden view no facility as expected

Staff is very cooperative and willing to help. Both Guru Chand and Himanshu ensured that our stay was comfortable.

Restaurant area need to be improved.

The staff arranged bike on rent that was very helpful. Also helped to plan local travel plan. Even through building was very cheap mattress was good

Building was constructed at very minimum cost. Quality of property is very poor. It was just like a local lodge but cost per room was very high for the price we paid

The room was very small. There was no garden and fireplace as described. The receptionist was not friendly or very helpful. It certainly is not a four star property. There were no toiletries and the wash basin wasn't clean. We didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food. The WiFi wasn't great. Despite booking two nights they told booking.com we hadn't turned up! We ended up staying an extra night as we couldn't find anywhere else to book but as soon as we did, we left. Probably the unfriendliest place we have stayed during our travels on mainland India and the Andaman.

Easily accessible from the ferry.

The staff was very rude and not pleasing at all. There wasn't power almost throught the entirety of the stay. I wouldn't suggest this room to anyone else. Poor cleanliness of the rooms and the plunger in the restroom was broken.

Rude staff, small rooms

This is the worst place we have stayed in India.The room, the pillows and the lines were dirty. In the toilet there was a big lick of smelling water every time you flush.Wifi doesn’t work at all, in the room and in the hall. If you ask why Wi-Fi is not working they just say:” yes, it’s working !”without doing anything to fix it.I asked for Laundry service , or if there is a place in town but they don’t know. We found by ourselves a laundry close to the bazar with very friendly people.The light goes and comes.Everything you ask to the guys at the reception they say :”not available”When you come back and say hello to the guys at the reception or at the owner nobody never answers: they’re very unpolite.From the early morning ( I mean about six o’clock) many pelople running and shouting, having not respect for people still sleeping.Actually we didn’t try the restaurant, but if it’s like the hotel…We are used to travel all around the world and if we choose a budget accomodation as Purmina we don’t expect a five stars hotel of course , but nothing like that. they should have more care and love for their work, for sure

Room was neat and clean. Bed was king sized as described at the time of booking. There was a pure veg restaurant at a few steps from this hotel and the food served there was superb.

Slippers were not provided in the room. WiFi was there but it was only accessible at common areas. In rooms, WiFi signal was very weak. Also after initial one or two hours, they disconnected internet, so the WiFi was available without internet!I expected pleasant weather conditions in Andaman Islands in December, so I had booked a room without AC. But contrary to my assumptions, it was a hot day. So I asked for AC with extra charge. And they demanded Rs.1000 extra for AC for a night while the room was booked for Rs.800! Also, they tried to take Rs.500 for extra bed for my kid instead of Rs.300 which was offered by them during booking.

Room was big and spacious, bed was comfortable and location was good

Lots of large groups moving through which were very noisy late at night and early in the morning, wifi was turned off every night from around 10pm and our electricity was shut off every time we left the room - this felt a bit invasive. Due to the electricity being switched off insects could come through the extractor fan in the bathroom.

Room was clean and cozy, the wifi is slow but it's a remote area so one can expect that.
