Staff at Reception was very nice but the Service Staff Average ; Food was Pricey as there No Other Choice available nearby

Perfect location, cozy rooms and very good breakfast spread. Easy access to the beach.

The location is excellent. on the sitapur beach. the rooms are excellent. I am extremely grateful to the Hotel since they allowed accomodating my 10 yr old special child without any charges. the complete staff was very helpful and accomodating. they understood condition of my child and didn't even charge for buffet dinner. their understanding of my child and being very helpful wonnmy heart. they made us feel like a family and assisted us in arranging scooty and cab etc. My heartfelt thanks to the staff. excellent restaurant they have so didn't feel need to go out and eat.

there is no mobile signal but wifi of the hotel is excellent coverage.

Property hs private access to sitapur beach famous for sunrise. So that saves time early morning. Food is good, overall a decent property and great stay in Neil island.

Staff at reception needs to be more swift in checkin and checkout process.

The rooms are made entirely of wood.

Staff manners and behaviour was very much below par. They don’t have spare umbrellas to be carried to the beach. The food quality for lunch and dinner was very unsatisfactory.

The hotel, people, placement is at the best Sunrise spot, the view and food. All is exceptionally good.

Good location, swimmable beach despite reviews, and stunning though needs some care as there is rubbish that accumulates. Safe deposit did not work which is a problem in a cash only economy. Was told it couldn’t be fixed. Food service was erratic and slow, but tasted good. Classical Muzak starting at 7am every morning so you can’t hear the waves, not our thing. Sweet staff.

Very nice clean property and best part it is on Sitapur beach which is sunrise beach. Food was amazing. Internet connectivity was a bit of a issue otherwise I just Loved the stay.

The hospitality and calm place. Manager Ravinder was gem of a person and haandled all ours problem comfortably and gave us all what we needed

It's a beautiful property on Sitapur beach and one needs to walk just a few steps to see the sunrise. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly.

Rooms were well decorated and clean. Food was good.

Location of this property is in some another corner of island, very depressing vibe. We went there on 31st December at 1 pm to check in, as we had make prior bookings and payments of ~6000 INR. After reaching the location, they said they cant let us check in unless we paid 5000 INR for the New Years Gala Night. Manager Shrijith Ganguly was of no use and pressured us into paying (and others too, we werent alone). We were given no prior warning, notification or mail about this. How can you make anything worth 5000 compulsory? This is duping and looting the customer as they left us NO CHOICE but to pay on an island where we had no where else to go. To top it, we wanted some quiet time and the whole day (and night) there was loud trashy music playing. I wont recommend this place to anyone. If u want to risk being in this sort of situation, please go ahead and risk it.
