Location is near to beach

I booked this resort primarily for its swimming pool, but unfortunately, it's currently under maintenance. My kids are very disappointed. Additionally, the reception executive did not offer a welcoming smile to guests. Overall, I don't feel it was worth the money

Pool and location were great.

The breakfast room wasn't clean and the food needs to be expanded.

Food and staff both were amazing. Best food anywhere in Havelock Island from breakfast to dinner.

Loved everything about the property and our stay. The staff were the highlight of the stay, so friendly and hospitable. Rooms were spacious and clean. Property itself is so well maintained and beautiful and has an excellent location (5 mins from Radhanagar Beach). Would highly recommend for a family stay

Early check out at 8AM. I have never come across any property with checkout time so early. They should extend the time.

They forced us to pay for the party on December 31 and food was not good. They cannot forced us to pay for he party.

Not allocate rooms of choice by their own . Allocated only after arguments . Furniture was old making unpleasant noise .

On complaining about the room, the staff were prompt in changing the rooms to other similarly available rooms and were helpful. Spa services were good. Food at the restaurant was decent on most days.Swimming pool was clean, Radhanagar beach was a 10 minute walk

Garden view rooms on ground floor were very dirty and bathrooms had broken fixtures - pool side rooms were better but noisy because of loud music.Gala dinner on xmas eve (made mandatory by hotel) was like a circus with lots of people but very average food.

The ambience is really good, the food and buffet was amazing and the swimming pool was great and overall the place was very decent

The resort is very close to India's best beach Radhanagar beach but the distance from other places are way too long and you have nothing nearby thank God the resort had a restaurant, if you guys are planning to stay at Havelock better stick at Govinda nagar beach which has everything nearby.

The property was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was relaxing the restaurant and bar was very good. There was good variety of food to try and the staff is also very courteous. The hammocks and relax zones in the hotel is very inviting.

The only main drawback is the distance and the mode of transport to and from the main jetty point. The cabs are expensive - takes about 1000-1200 round trip to get to all the restaurants, jetty, market etc. Around the hotel there are very few options - just the Taj next door and the beach that shuts down after sunset.

When you reach the resort there is no welcome drinks. If you ask for it they will say, it's coming but it never comes.Second, as per the pricing the room conditions are not good. We booked 3 rooms of same category but all 3 rooms miss standard stuffs like some room does not have hair dryer, ac remote is not working, main door lock does not work.Most disappointing was the fact that we have informed hotel staff 1 day prior to arrange 2 cabs to go to jetty but they just missed it and on the day of travel, when we asked for the driver number they just said we have not booked as the previous day staff has not passed on the information. This is really a chaos as in havelock it's not easy to arrange cabs in last moment. For the paid amount, service could have been way better

The location was perfect - close to the best beach in town. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast spread was decently good. The general staff was decent and helpful - smiling and courteous.

The experience at the bar left us disappointed. We asked for large drinks, but they served small drinks and yet charged for large. When pointed out it was a small drink - when it was brought - they refused to agree and insisted they were large drinks. Didn't create a scene as it was one of our birthdays, and left paying for the full drinks. I won't recommend this place to any because of this.

The staff and hotel policies are the worst I hv ever seen

Despite availability of rooms - the staff didn’t allowed us late chk out request as per our departure plan - the staff was rude and didn’t know how to handle guests

The property, pool, proximity to the world's best beach Radhanagar was icing on the cake. We loved our stay and will come back for more soon.

Rooms are really good and the Pool and food was really Awesome .Great Experience.

The cost of Food was exorbitant and they charge 10% extra for room service which makes it exceptionally high.There should be provision for some discount for in-house guests or at least extra 10% charge should be accommodated.

Amazing hotel, very well located. The place is really beautiful and so peaceful. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Swimming pool is super, very clean too and big.

When we ordered food we need to wait at least 45min ? But the. the food was really really good

Expect for its proximity to the Radhanagar beach. There’s nothing special about the property

As soon as we checked in we felt the floor around the bed was not cleaned properly and had a very sticky feeling to it. I had a small wound which needed some first Aid, and to my surprise there was no first aid kit in the entire property. All I needed was some dettol and a cotton swab. The breakfast was okayThe dinner was not good at all the meat in the biryani was not cooked and the starter we ordered was served cold. (We did not opt for their buffet, cannot comment on that).Overall based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend you stay at this property.
