No coffee/ tea facility in room. Unable to get of tea or coffee after about 22.30 when returning to hotel at night. Coffee machine turned off!

Location was great. Rooms were nice enough, beds were comfy, staff were lovely. Rooftop sunbathing area beds were lovely, with great views.

Breakfast wasn't great, coffee from the machine was awful. At 10.30am on the dot, the lights were turned off in the breakfast area, regardless of people still in the area & 1 minute later all spoons etc had been removed. Rooftop bar area was lovely with great views, but stopped serving at 6.30pm

The location was perfect for all shops, restaurants etc and the distance to the beach was nothing. The hotel was really nice and most places very clean. The restaurant was great. The variety of breakfast food was amazing. I'd argue with anyone who said they couldn't find anything to eat. All in all myself and 2 friends had a brilliant break away..

I feel housekeeping let the side down. Overall the hotel is great.However the day we arrived our room looked lovely. The next morning things started to be seen. 1 pillowcase had sticky marks on one corner which were still there 4 days later. . My friends pillow had a large stain on it which was never changed. Balcony never cleaned the whole time neither were the bedsheets changed. There was also a rip in the flooring which was pretty sharp on your feet.The biggest thing for us was our bedroom door. Being three women on our own the situation concerned us.These doors are heavy fire doors which should in theory close by themselves. No, ours had to be pushed/pulled quite a bit to be closed.3 occasions after housekeeping had been in our door was unlocked. We never needed our key card, just pushed it open and walked in. Reported this to reception on all 3 occasions and personally I don't think anything was done.On one occasion my friend returned to our room and housekeeping was in. She walked straight in and lifted a bag and walked back out without even being questioned. This concerned us as that could have been anyone and with our door not closing properly who else could have been in our room......In saying all this we had a great time away but housekeeping let the hotel down and took a bit of the shine of our break away. We'd waited since covid to get away this break.

Hotel was spotless, breakfast was nice and good location

One of the receptionists was very rude and gave us a bad first impression upon arrival. I had filled in the online check-in forms and we were supposed to receive the keys upon arrival. On contrary we had to fill out a form and wait for a long time while the reception lady was punching in our information. When I told her that I have filled out the online forms, her response was very impolite. Our room was facing the road and it was very noisy during the night. We couldn’t get a good sleep. I asked the hotel to change our room and they gave us another room facing the swimming pool so that was ok at the end.The spa facility was not as we expected. It was just a small indoor pool with very cold water.The room itself was small although we had superior room. The room area was supposed to be 25 m2 which should have been ok based on our previous experience but I don’t know why our room was so small. Maybe it was something with the layout of the beds and furniture that gave us that feeling. Finally, I expected better activities for the kids. The animation team consisted of only one guy. He was trying his best to arrange fun activities for the children but it was not enough. I blame the hotel management that didn’t give priority to this area.

Wasn’t too clean. Had to ask them to clean again when I arrived. Hairs on floor and not been cleaned under beds

Good location, directly facing the beach. Few mins walk to bars / eateries and local shops. Most of the staff were friendly. Ian on reception was very helpful.

Had to move room 3 times.Room 1) cleanliness (urine on the bathroom floor) and security issue with door to room. Room 2) cleanliness (rips in floor, shower very dirty and one of the beds was ripped and not dressed)Room 3) cleanliness (bathroom - had bits of ceiling paint on the floor, shower wasn’t cleaned properly and bedding had marks) Roof top - bar wasn’t open any time we went up.

The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Check-In and Check-Out was quick and uncomplicated.

The location is spot on, right in the middle of the resort

The shower and sink were dirty, never been properly cleaned/rubbed throughout the week. I believe they just spray bleach and leave it. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room.The beds are hard and there is no duvet. Instead its 2 sheets with the blanket in between. They tie it underneath the bed, so once you pull it out to sleep its a big mess of 3 things.

Staying in this hotel was like trying to sleep on a building site the noise of the continuous slamming of the old doors was awful add to what sounded like renovation work whether it was the cleaning staff or the noise from the roof from about 6am every day it was dreadful returned from holiday more tired than when we arrived. The staff themselves were rude, cheeky and unhelpful. The main pool area was also not great as in the shade most of the time. Having stayed in santa ponsa 20 years in the running i would be in no hurry to return here, many far better hotels and less expensive. I invited other couples to join us and was sorry I had picked this hotel. Sadly on speaking to other guests we were not alone on our feeling about the noise many guests saying worst hotel they'd stayed in for it. Also the roof top bar was never open on time and always closed early. Stay elsewhere is my recommendation!

The hotel is lovely and in a great location

The rooms are outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable. When trying to talk to reception about the beds, I was snapped at and told the beds were new after Covid. If that’s the case, then that tells you that you need to change your beds more often!

Everything in the hotel was excellent, the food, the staff, the location, the cleanliness, the rooms, the facilities and of course the view from the rooftop bar for sunset.

Great location right by the beach and walkable to plenty of restaurants. Lovely facilities including rooftop pool and bar. Staff were lovely and really helpful with booking taxis etc. 12 o’clock check out is a nice change to usual.

It would be great to have tea/coffee facilities in the rooms

Evening meals very poor , staff in dining room rude at times, staff in general just ok , no tea or coffee in your rooms not even a kettle ! Wasn’t explained we could ask for a kettle , poor communication ! parts of hotel very dated !
